Big Scam
July 22, 2019

I am also the victim of this scam. DoctorUnlock never deliver the result that we expect. My apple watch still remain iCloud Lock after I paid $28 + $42 in about 1 week. They refunded the voucher with can be used for Premium Service. But I just doubt this is another scam, and try to pull more money from my pocket

Big Scam, stay away
July 21, 2019

This is a big scam, they advertise $28 for sim unlock, I paid using my CC and my bank declined the transaction twice and called me to confirm and I said ok, I called T mobile and they assured me that my phone is not blacklisted neither blocked, no contract and is paid in full.
After paying $28,2 days later I received an email from Doctorunlock.net asking me to pay an additional 62.99 english pound which is like $88 but I refused and asked for refund but they refused, may they spend every penny at the hospitals and doctors for incurable diseases and may God curse them all, their place in hell fire is awaiting them

Today, 7/25/2019, I received my refund back after numerous emails back and forth

My problem with doctorunlock.net started 5 months ago... I was looking for a provider to unlock my iPhone and I saw them offering me a unlock for 28usd, I accepted and payed the amount. Like a week later they mailed me again saying that my iPhone needs a spherical cervices because the provider is asking difficult and kinda expensive and yes I accepted and payed another 42 usd. Then Like another week later I got a mail from them saying that my phone was locked to the provider because of a debt but the true is that I was the owner of the iPhone I bought it brand new and I cancel the contract because I was going back to my original country. I told them that and then they offered me a voucher to unlock another phone but when I wanna use my voucher there's no voucher for my email address.
I've sent them more than 12 mail asking for a way to solve my problem but I don't get any response from them.
My recommendation: don't even think to use that scam web page if you don't wanna loose your money as it happened to me and a thousand of people more.

If you read this before using doctorunlock.net you are lucky - run, nope... sprint away from this fast as possible - you will only loose 100+ dollars USD and more than a month of time. Be smart - throw whatever POS you have in the trash and go to marketplace in FaceBook and buy an unlocked phone for the same price... you will thank me so much, that is an honest promise.

Scam Sites
June 30, 2019

I paid and fell foul to this, I spoke with apple and only the original owner can icloud unlock the iphones via the website and their logins. I spent around 30 minutes with apple support crew discussing options and only the original owner of the phone can unlock it.

Doctorunlock.net = Scam they cannot unlock iphones
Directunlocks.co.uk = Scam they cannot unlock iphones

Any site that states it can icloud unlock and iPhone is a scam and a lie. Do your research, I am in the process and contacting Nochex to get the remainder of my money back from these scammers

Just like hundreds of people, I paid them for nothing! The only option you might have is to call your bank, Every bank has a Fraud department, it may take a week or so. But in my case they where able to give me my money back. The worst thing to do is to do nothing,, that's why they still doing what they do. And they will continue. If enough people reach out to their Bank they might do something, Banks don't like to lose $$ they might go after them since they have more resources than you or I do.

Thiefts
June 24, 2019

First, it states on their web site the price to unlock icloud activation is 28$. But after the purchase I found it is a pre-order charge. Where they want to chick the ability to unlock the phone and not putting me on the risk of paying the full amount. After a few days they sent me email saying that it is ready to unlock and I have to make the full payment.

Then I have to pay another 42$ to take them more than a week to say unlock failure.

Dang! I knew I was a dumb-$#*! but not a total dumb $#*!? I guess I will go to the powder room and say "good-bye cruel world" and flush myself down the toilet! Total embarrassment for myself falling into this trap. Here's how to redeem yourself after a mistake like this... #1) Admit you made the mistake and that you are seeking help; #2) Pull your head out of your $#*!; #3) Stay off the damn internet and iphone for a month and see how much easier life is; #4) Pay the sum-bitich off and free up time and pocket space; #5) Stop worrying about where you left the freaking phone...

Same as all the other comments and reviews. Make one payment and then they ask for another. I don't know how they're allowed to get away with this.

Scam Site
June 24, 2019

I have paid $28 for the unlock iphone server, they said they spend 1-3 to complete unlock phone by payment of $28.

They start to ask for more money after I paid $28. I refuse to be cheated. It like a infinite trap, stay away from this site.

Misleading and blatant misrepresentation (lies). You think you are getting an IMEI based unlock for $27 but that's a pre-order. Cheaper to buy a used unlocked phone for US travel.

DO NOT USE

Don't be a sucker
June 18, 2019

Like all of the other reviews, which I should have searched for before giving my credit card is that this is a SCAM! My ipad was given to me by my mother-in-law because it used to belong to my father-in-law, who passed away. She didn't know the apple id password. DoctorUnlock sent me an email saying it was reported missing which is a LIE. Then they want me to send them more money for "premium service". Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.

First let me say that I should have known that it was too good to be true. Just like the countless videos on YouTube that claim they can show you how to unlock your iPhone. Pure B. S.

This site/business is a scam that, like most, preys on people who are at their wits end and have tried several ways to get their phone unlocked without success. They swoop in and tell you that they can do it in a couple of days. Not true. It has been over four months since I gave them my money and my phone IMEI without any success. What's worse is they lead you on for the first 90 days telling you it will take up to 90 days or so. Then they will not communicate with you when you ask for a refund. Pure Scam... and I'm the sucker, like many, who fell for their load of crap. Oh well, lesson learned. Use your money to buy a new or used phone instead of making these creeps rich. Good luck.
