I read reviews about this service, thinking that I could get an Apple Watch unlocked. The site looks professional and all and they even have a fake notification rotator to make you think that they're unlocking devices from all over the world at that moment. However, this is not the case. I started my journey with DoctorUnlock on 11-19-2019. They charged me $70 US to begin the process, although their site is misleading, making you think it is less than half of that when you first sign up for the service. You get a second email asking for the remaining amount. Ok, fine. I did that. About 17 days later, they finally get back to me saying that the watch could not be unlocked unless I upgrade to their premium service which would get the job done. Though very disappointed, I send another $79.00 for the premium service on December 6,2019. After 5 inquires and only 3 responses, where the responses is just a canned message saying that it's taking a little longer than expected, I still am waiting for either my watch to be unlocked or a full refund. This is an unacceptable service as I already seen many complaints about this company's service. I recommend to find a more reputable company. This is very disappointing, not to get the service done, but no refund and no responses. This is totally ridiculous!

Hi, thanks for the review but we do note that it's odd that you failed to mention that you tried to unlock a lost or stolen Apple Watch which is why the service has failed and why you needed to upgrade to the premium service, with that said this is an unacceptable time scale to wait for a service and I will ask the team to contact the supplier and if they cannot process the order quickly then we will refund the order for you.
My response to their response
Update: 2020-06-04 18:45-- It's amazing that I just received a response only after posting this complaint despite my previous inquiries that went unanswered.
So, the response was that I did not mention that the watch was supposedly reported stolen or lost. This was reported to me by Doctor Unlock at after the initial unlock was unsuccessful. If you had to chastise me about that in the response, then why did you even bother to offer the premium service that would ensure to get it unlocked? That seems very unprofessional of you to even respond with that information. But no, you offered the premium service back in December. It's now June of the next year. Doesn't that count for anything? Why not just respond and say that it could not be done and refund my money? I would have left it at that. It's Doctor Unlock that causes your customers to look for relief from sites like TruePilot and SiteJabber because of your failure to provide the service that you say you provide.
Update: 2020-08-14:
So, as I continue to wait on a response from them, my Apple Watch continues to have the activation lock. As you can see their first response, I have not been updated. So, you have been warned! Do not fall for this scam. Also, Do not use any site that even resembles the graphics of the DOCTOR UNLOCK site. They all are run by these scammers! Also, do not believe the FAKE, POSITIVE reviews. You have been warned!
Doctor Unlock is a scam. They are stealing peoples money. I paid the original price and then they told me to pay for a premium price so I did. 107 days later my phone is still not unlock and they have been sending me the same message for the past 4 months. They also will not refund my money this is a huge scam BEWARE OF THIS SITE!
See below same message multiple times in the past 4 months.

Hi Pajtim,
Thanks for your email.
Your device was issued to our iCloud supplier on the 27th Sep as per your order status page and is currently in process, once it has been unlocked you will be emailed as well as the order status page being updated.
We realise these are taking a long time, unfortunately its the nature of these unlocks. Some of these units have been taking 90 days. We have been advised that as a goodwill gesture there is an option to give you vouchers for the total amount you have paid for you to spend on a sim unlock for a different device if you don't want to wait that long?

This company is a scam and they only take the full amount and will never reply to you.
The comments review on Trustpilot also belongs to this company and they own that website and excellent satisfactory ratings.
YOu could see this petition also for the signed petition in this regard.
