I just wanted to try the primer and make up samples because I am looking for a new brand. After they got my credit card info there were several quizzes to sell more stuff and no way to sign out. This stuff is a luxury, not a necessity, and if it is a pain in the neck to deal with this company I won't.
I had a great experience. It was quick and easy and took less than 5 minutes. I have already used this make-up before, so I knew what I wanted. I only have ONE REQUEST. Do NOT SEND Multiple discounts (e-gift codes) when only 1 will work. I had 5 e-gift codes ranging in price of 10% up to 45% off and only the 15% e-gift code worked. That part was confusing because I wanted to use them all. Just send 1 please. Other than that, Great Stuff.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all.
