I ordered the eye concealer. For me, the product didn't work, it was terrible. Thin and watery with no coverage at all. Company sent me voucher for another item. Well, don't ya know, I forgot to enter that coupon at check out. (I know, stupid of me to try another item when the first one was sub par). I immediately emailed customer service to either apply the coupon, or cancel the other. Nothing but a song and dance. They don't do either. Yeah. Stay away.

I didn't rate it 5 starts because this is probably the 3rd time I have ordered. I have to receive this product from this company. I'm not sure if it's because of an error during the ordering process or what, but for some reason the orders never went through and/or completed. It's been a while since I've ordered from here. I could've sworn each time I tried to order, it went thru. Then again, it just seemed weird as I never received confirmation. I guess I could not order this product. Until I receive the actual product, I cannot rate it accordingly. It seemed pretty easy, quick, efficient, painless and effortless but we shall see if and when I receive the product.

As an RN and a lover of a make up I was so pleasantly surprised by this mascara! I usually work 12-16 hour shifts and I do wear a mask and goggles. This mascara stays very well! No eye irritation, no leaking! Thank you for this great product. It is just a very very good mascara, makes you look classy and beautiful without false promises! Personally I'm very happy with it, I trust it. Not a faux lashes effect, but the it is all about your elegant lash volume and length. And I do get a lot of compliments on my shift…. Doesn't it tell you all about this mascara…? Yes it does!

I don't know what sparked my interest to take this test and find my match but I'm glad I did!
When I tell you it was spot on to my skin color it seriously was perfect! No orangy after color, no creasing, it's just overall the best concealer I've ever tried/purchased. I NEVER write about any products but please trust the process if you want a F**CKIN FLAWLESS concealer! You WONT be disappointed!

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
