I purchased a foundation and primer and when checking out it asked me if I wanted to sign up with auto renewal (which I did not want) and I thought I clicked the "skip" button but apparently the "skip" button was not an option (which I didn't realize until after I entered my credit card information), so after I submitted my purchase, a message came up talking about the auto renewal program that I signed up for. I am very skeptical now with their site saying to try free for 14 days, since I feel like they are being shady and sneaky with the renewal situation. The other thing that crossed my mind now is, when does this 14 day trial actually start…as soon as my order was placed, when they ship it, or once I received it? I'm starting to regret this purchase already and I literally just placed the order.
My experience with this brand has great, The makeup is a must have. Very flawless look.
The questions were very good to arrive at the foundation shade as well as the pictures. However questions came up regarding 10% off of the first order and 30% off of continuous orders it didn't give an option to pick. And because it was asking for everything upfront. I did not see if I could try the product before I purchased it. So the experience in the end left me confused and paying more than what I anticipated.
Il Makiage has very good customer service everytime I have an issue they fix it right away. I've been using their foundation, eyeliner, and poreless base for a year now. LOVE IT!

Everything was fine until i submit my order and the add pjs start to pop up. I added one on by mistake while trying to close them out. Once you close one another one pops up. These should appear under your order as an option to select if you want to and There should be more than one step to confirm add on.

The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!
