I don't mind paying for a free sample but I think it's best that you guys should make a small sample package so that way people don't get charge after ten days or whatever. If I like the sample I can always go back in and purchase the products without being charge after ten days. But now I just have to wait and see if I like the products when it arrives.

Tried to use the e-gift code I was sent on 1/1/23 for this purchase. System said the e-gift code was not valid. Tried inputing a few different ways (with hyper, without hyper, all cap letter, all small letters) to no avail. Pretty disappointing. I used my $15 off coupon for a rave review I gave for a previous purchase. Too bad the "gift" turned out to be not a gift at all.
I have to say that I purchase more products when I watch the short videos of the actual customers demonstrating the exact colors they are using. Not only do the customer videos help me to decide on which colors to buy but also which "formula" to purchase (quick example? Matte over gloss). I was confused as to what some of the lip colors would look like on my face, so watching the customer demonstrations really, really helped me to select colors and formulas that I feel confident will make me look my very best.

I have been using Il Makiage products for 2 years now. I especially love the foundation (great coverage with weightless feel), liquid eyeliner( never smudges) and self tanning foam ( does not have the horrible smell that most other self tanners have).! I plan on trying the volumizing mascara next.
Always so easy to order online. I have returned a couple of products in the past (concealer), due to the color match being off slightly and even though I'm in Canada, the returns were so easy. The company even sent me a discount e-coupon to use on my re order if I wished.
The only thing I would tell Canadian customers to watch out for us that the pricing and billing are done in US dollars, so be aware of the exchange rates when purchasing.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
