I had to follow up o. My own numerous of times to get an update to my exchange. On my 2nd try for a new shade i responded and provided a shade # 095 that was close to my skin color but still that was too light. Instead of getting a shade a tad darker, they responded and sending me shade #095. Why am I getting something I already said was a tad too light.
I had the strangest time trying to order two items together I could get one but not both contacted customer service and they were really good and sorted it for me
Based on your recommendation I tried shade 60 it was too light. So I emailed I wanted to try another shade and I got an email saying my order was cancelled?

I got woke up like this foundation and it wasn't quite my match but I absolutely fell in love with how it felt like nothing was on my skin! I asked for a new color and the exchange was easy and free! Love how this makeup almost makes my skin better after wearing.
The foundation match and foundation were perfect. The primer seems to be working well but need to give it a little more time. The cap of the primer didn't want to stay on but would pop off. That is the only negative I had with either product.

I'm so skeptical to try another new brand for my foundation. When I have read so many good reviews about II Makiage, I can't wait to try it on my face. I ordered & got an malfunction pump and it messed up on the middle of a bottle. Then I sent a picture to them via messenger on Facebook. Later that day, Jordan, answered to me and let me put my info to customer service e-mail. After that she offered me 2 options, option 1, replace a new bottle of same shade (mine #40), Gift card, and won't be charged on 14 days trial. Option 2, cancel the order and they will not charge for replenishing program and also refund money back. I chose the option one and asked her a favor to change my shade to #30. Jordan replied back in 2- 3 hours and replace me a new shade & give me a $20 Gift card. I'm extremely happy with the product as well as the customer team. Thank you so much II Makiage.
It wipes off too easily, on clothes. Tissue, but it does look nice and covers my brown spots,, I feel like it enhances my lines on my face, should i add more. I'm on the fence.

I had a concern that the shade of my foundation was not the best color for me. Il Makiage rep responded quickly to my concern and offered a free replacement despite my order being outside of the return window. Also, they offered for me to keep the product and share it with someone who could use the color better. Great customer service.
It was just ok. I just wanted to purchase not try before you buy. We all know most won't send back the product anyway. Hopefully it was worth the cost. I have wasted so much on crap foundation over the years.
Color was close but really was too orange for me. Didn't like the floral scent - I don't need my foundation to have have a smell. Coverage was lacking. I wore it to work for 3 days. By end of 7 hour shift on all 3 days my face looked like it had melted! Splotchy, uneven, and separated. I can not do that! Will return. I did like the brush that came with it.
Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
