Best foundation ever, loving how my pictures come out now!
I sent an email 2 days ago over cracked foundation. Still no response, plus im not soo sure about the creams just yet i don't see any changes.
My experience was ok. I've done the process 3x but I wasn't sure if the color would be right. I just decided to just do it. I do like the face that it asked for a picture. I'm not wel versed wilhen it comes to make up.

Why was I pressured to " Try before I buy"? We all know the small print states my Credit/Debit will have a hold on the full amount. So I'm really being charged twice. Other than that it a great website.
Very easy process. I appreciate the wear and return. Unfortunately due to my own fault I miss judged my skin color to be a little lighter than what it is so I did have to return but I will definitely do this again so I get the right shade. I did love the feel of the foundation and felt instantly glamorous

On checkout I clicked do not add in products, however have just received an order confirmation for £40 for a product I didn't want. I had doubts on ordering from this site, I have never seen this on any other basket, it shouldn't be that easy to double your order value by mistake. Poor website design.
After contacting the customer service twice I was given a refund for the error item. I still think the site is of very poor design, under the current cost of living crisis I had to save for 1 item, then to double my order value in a single click is astounding. If I've already clicked no thanks one is enough, the website lagged at the time I hadn't even seen the product I had ordered until it arrived.
I very much enjoyed shopping on their website. The quiz to find you right shade was pretty easy, lighthearted, and cute with encouraging words. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is though because of the number of pop ups there were while you were shopping. They were all good suggestions for products and things but at some point it does get annoying. Otherwise though, great experience!

I absolutely love the fact that I can update my foundation needs from home with a few simple answers. The products are excellent quality and super accurate match. As I get older and my skin changes its nice to have the product change with you.

The company seems very good in contacting customers. That's their good points. I didn't like the foundation it seemed like they geared towards my oily skin so the foundation was too matte. The coverage is not great. I use loreal typically. Much cheaper and great coverage. This was money not well spent. Hopefully they will allow me to return it.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
