I placed an order for a standard key fob and trusted that the claim that they ship same day would be accurate. I received an email with a tracking number the following morning, so then I really believed it would be coming soon. The tracking number never progressed beyond "electronic shipping information received". They do not answers calls on the weekend so it was a full week before I could get in touch with anyone in person. They said the key fob was out of stock and wouldn't be available for a couple weeks. I planned on this for a Christmas present, so now I'm in a jam. Terrible customer service!

My experience with this key couldn't have been better. The key arrived fast and well packaged. I took it to a local locksmith to be cut and it fit my Toyota perfectly. I simply placed the "innards" of my worn out remote inside the new one, installed the appropriate buttons, snapped it together, and voila, perfect. Would definitely order from you again. Much, much, much cheaper than the dealership.
We have ordered twice from ikeyless and both experiences were great. The customer service is even better since our first order over a year ago, and the items arrived very quickly. Programming is straightforward and all the fobs work perfectly! We will definitely use this company again if we need key fobs!
My daughter lost her only key to her Ford Taurus in another carrier. She was devastated! I got a quote from the dealer on 2 replacement keys for her car and it was going to cost about 200 dollars thru them. I usually don't like to shop online but I took a chance and foundt ikeyless.com and was thrilled to find that I could get her key for $30 less than the dealer. We used a private locksmith to cut and program the keys and my daughter was so elated to hear her car start up! I only had to spend about $120 all together. I was impressed at how easy it was to use the website to order and the keys were here in 3 days! Had a great experience with ikeyless on my order #*******! Easily found a replacement fob for my 1999 Chrysler Cirrus. Super fast shipping and was able to take it to a local locksmith and they programmed it with no problems. Key fob works great and Amanda was outstanding! Great communication and follow-up! Online process to purchase what I needed was very efficient. Was shipped promptly. Only "problem" was it came WITHOUT instructions to program the remote. This was my second purchase. From my first purchase, I was emailed instructions which at that time worked. But when I tried to program a third remote,

What a pleasant experience! Acquired this older Subaru and extra key was lost. IKeyless website was quick and easy to order a replacement blank key. Key shipped and received in several days and took to local Home Depot to have it cut to match existing key. Worked great! Thanks. Will definitely recommend them.

I recently ordered online a keyfob remote for my 2007 Ford Van from ikeyless. Order number (*******). The package arrived on time and in excellent shape and the product was not damaged. However, the ad for the item stated that programming instructions come with all orders. This was not true as I did not receive any instructions, just the remote. I had to go online to find out how to program it. I emailed this to let the company know and was contacted back by Stacey. I would recommend this company again as the only fault I have was with the instructions not included as mentioned in ad. Thank you.

I just want to say how happy I am with the keyless remote I bought for our car. The video was great for my order #: *******. Stacey F. Shipped this fast, the price was great, and it works perfect. I wish I would have found your company years ago when we bought the car.
The instructions they sent with the remote were only for keys, so that didn't help. Their informational video didn't seem to work on my Toyota, so I ended up finding directions that worked on YouTube. But the remote still didn't work. So, I started a chat with their website and discovered that my car has an aftermarket keyless system. So the remote doesn't work. I am going through the return process now and it seems to be fairly straightforward. Frustrating experience, but not their fault.
I had heard about ordering a keyless entry for my car (had lost the other two). A friend said it was easy and less expensive than going to the dealer. Both of those things are true - easy to program and far less expensive than what a dealer charges. I got an email from Monya, wanting to know how the experience was, never get that from companies.My order ******* went off without a hitch. Glad I bought from them.
When I purchased my 2006 Lexus, it only had one key. We contacted the dealership to purchase additional keys and the high price scared us away. After several years of taking care of the only key for the car it of course broke. I had seen a positive referral for ikeyless.com on a Lexus site so I decided to give it a try rather than a huge expense with the dealership. I ordered two keys from Stacey F.
