Beware... they will send you a dirty, used keyfob and then tell you it is in their terms and services that they reserve the right and that all items sold may be new or used... no way of knowing. The customer service rep I spoke to today even admitted that this practice was not fair. They really should at least tell you up front if you are buying a used item. This is supposed to be a Christmas gift... and I received it today, Christmas Eve... great :/
It is with great pleasure to share my thoughts about the customer service experience that I had with Sarah in connection with my iKeyless order. Sarah was very knowledgeable, friendly and complete in regard to every detail in answering all my questions. Sarah is definitely a 5 star company representative.
I ordered a key fob for my Jaguar (order number *******). It was a great price - almost $70 cheaper than the next one I priced and Jaguar wanted almost $300! The order was dispatched the same day and arrived a day later. Shawn followed up to make sure everything was okay. I shall definitely order from this company again.
Ordered a switchblade for my Honda Civic SI to replace my secondary key. The Live Chat was no help to get the right key sent over. The instructions for installation were illegible and horribly laid out. My specific car model wasn't even in them, and the instructions for the other models didn't work either. What a waste of money. Do not buy from these guys, a lot of heartache and expense.
I wanted to save money by using Ikeyless but was worried that there would be something wrong with the key. I went ahead and ordered the key and it was shipped very quickly. I had a locksmith cut and program it for me and it worked out fine! Going through the dealership would have cost over $400 and I got the job done for just under $200!

I ordered my keyless entry (OD# *******) for my Nissan Murano it came in about 3 days later in excellent condition. I called the locksmith and it was programmed the same day. Special thanks to Sarah for her hard work in assisting me with my needs. Thanks.
I looked online to see if I could get a replacement smart key for my Toyota, hoping to save a bundle over what my dealer would charge. Sure enough, I found the exact key for my vehicle at iKeyless at a price 1/5 of what I'd otherwise have paid. The unit they sold me was the blank key and the fob-like shell. All I had to do was get the blade cut, then put the electronic innards of my old key into the new one. By the way, the unit arrived in two days! IKeyless is the way to go. / John
Bought product from iKeyless and part of product was missing upon receipt. Fortunately a phone number was provided on the packing list. I called customer service and got immediate response and was assured the missing part would be sent out immediately. It was and I received the needed part without hassle. Two points, 1. There was a number available to call and 2 someone answered the phone and provided proper etiquette and customer service, what a concept!. IKeyless-great to do business with, great product.
My automatic keyless car door opener quit working. I ordered one from ikeyless to replace it. The new one was shipped within a couple days of otdering. It came with easy to read and follow instructions on how to program it to work with my particular vehicle. I followed the step by step directions, and it worked the first time, and has been functioning perfectly. I highly recommend ikeyless. I ordered a new case for my remote on 3/30. The key ring had worn through. It arrived 4/5. I half expected a used case because its for a 2001 car. But is a new case. The only downside with this site that I experienced was no shipment notification.
I had tried to perform the keyless entry item several times before contacting the support group of this product. Jamie guided me through two processes and I was able to program both the new product and my old product very easily.

Ordered a key fob for 2003 Town Car. Arrived in about 2 days. Tried to program according to instructions. No luck. On a hunch, tried the instructions for the 2004 Town Car. Everything worked, finished in about 2 minutes. A little disappointed they would have the instructions off like that but all in all not bad. Anybody reading this that is having trouble might give a try to going up or down a year. Worked for me.
Old keypads for the '99 Volvo were taped together and falling apart. Volvo's charges for replacing were outta sight. Stacy and crew at iKeyless solved the problem by providing me with new cases for the remote keys--and they look like new. My order ******* was handled quickly and with courteous follow up.
I was hesitant at first to order a new remote from someplace other than the dealer but the price was very good and I took the chance. It paid off because the remote was easy to program using the online video and took just a few minutes to complete. Thank you very much and I will definitely return for my future vehicle remotes.
IKeyless has provided us with replacement remotes on several occasions now. The most recent being order ******* with service provided by Amanda. I must say that we are very happy with the remotes and very impressed with the customer service and follow-up. Amanda and iKeyless has provided remotes for some very old GM vehicles and I appreciate the fact that there is probably not much demand, still iKeyless sent us a great product and exceptional service.
