The whole order process with iKeyless was excellent. We needed a replacement key for our 2013 Hyundai Accent and being able to both purchase the key and have it cut was a real winner for us. I appreciated the security of having to send information showing that I own the car, etc.
The process was so smooth, we ordered an additional key from iKeyless a couple weeks later.
On my order number ******* I received a wireless remote button that I perceived to be defective. After programming the remote, I could lock and unlock the doors, but could not unlock the trunk. I programmed it three times before I called you. When I gave this information to your representative Amanda, she agreed with my assessment, immediately informed me that she would ship a replacement and was most courteous, polite and professional in doing so. I very much enjoyed the pleasant demeanor and competence displayed by Amanda.
Saved me $60. Needed a chip key for my 2002 Jeep Liberty, got it in the mail from them, only hassle was the Ace Hardware who refused to cut the key. They wanted $80 to do it with their blank. Found a home center who cut the key for no charge. Worked like a charm. Thanks IKeyless!

I ordered a replacement key (uncut) for my Honda Accord after the casing broke on my last key. The order shipped promptly and was received within a few days. I had a locksmith cut and program key (ignition and remoteless entry) and everything went smoothly. Key is good quality and working to expectations. Thank you to Shawn gor providing a smooth order process and following up post sale to ensure tha positive experience. All in all I saved money by not going to dealer and that was my aim. I will return to ikeyless for any similar needs in the future.
I ordered key shells for my 2002 Toyota Land Cruiser. The original Toyota keys, between two, lasted about eight years.
The two iKeyless replacements lasted about six months. The plastic is worthless. They case just disintegrated with little or no use.
When contacted, iKeyless wouldn't do anything without a return of the keys (which were ground to fit my car). When I explained that the keys were not repairable, they said tough luck.
Do yourself a favor. Buy replacement keys from someone else.
This place doesn't even deserve one star. After they sent me the wrong key and I tried to return it, they would not refund my money. Yes it was past the 30 days but it took me two months before I could find a locksmith that let me know it was the wrong one. When I called to inquire about returning it the guy was rude and told me the manager would call me the next morning. Never got a call. This company stinks!
I am very happy with this company. The first time, two years ago, I was very reluctant about ordering through your company because the dealer told me that these car keys might not work properly and I would lose my money and still have to pay them for programming it. I went ahead and gave you the opportunity and I was very happy then and that is the reason why I ordered another one this year. This is my Order #*******. Ordered a keyless remote entry and got it a couple of days later. I noticed that printed instructions was not in my package. Emailed customer service and had instruction by email in just a few minutes. If I would have just looked at my order confirmation I would have seen where to go and get the instructions. I was hesitant to purchase this keyless remote as it was so inexpensive: one tenth the price of the dealership.
I checked company out with the better business bureau and they were OK. So I went ahead.
It was easy to program, I succeeded with the directions on my first attempt.

Needed a spare car key with an impeded chip. Dealer wanted about $80. IKeyless site made it easy to choose the correct key I needed. Got mine for about $23, plus and extra $2 for getting it cut elsewhere. Came with easy-to-follow instructions for on-board programming, and I was ready to roll in about 30 seconds.__

A 2003 Toyota Celica remote was purchased as a gift in Dec 10 (order *******). It did not work and ikeyless sent another remote, which also did not work. The Toyota dealer gave us the correct FCC number and we sent the remotes back. A remote with the correct number would cost additional according to ikeyless. By this time, the 90 day warranty had expired. They claim the CC info is incorrect and will not issue a refund. The customer service rep said there is nothing they can do; we are out the cost of the remote. They have an online "ticket" system that they do not respond to, so you have to call and hope to get through to someone (9-5 M-F EST). I would not use or recommend this company.
I was referred to iKeyless from a dealer. I ordered online and rec'd the keys in about 3 days. I got the keys cut locally, but was unsure how to program them. I called customer service, talked to Monya and she immediately emailed me instructions and told me to be sure and call back if I needed anymore help. It was super easy to do an I had my keys programmed in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely order from them again when I need keys and have already passed their name on to several friends.
I ordered a key fob for my 2002 Trailblazer. The fob was a GM fob, not an after market product. It programmed to my truck on the first try. It came with fool proof instructions and Sarah provided excellent customer service. She answered every question I had and was very nice. I saved about $50 by going to Ikeyless.com. I lost my only remote key & contacted car dealership, locksmith, to find out what it would cost me to replace. Including programing I was quoted over $225. Well I found your web site & was able to purchase remote for under $60 & found a locksmith who charged me $25. I can't tell you how thrilled I am & will be recommending you to all my friends. Hi Amanda. I ordered a keyless entry/remote (Order #*******) for my 2006 Nissan Sentra and it works wonderfully. I still need my keys for the trunk & that is fine. I like the fact the horn does not beep when I lock the doors using the remote. It only took 2 tries to program the remote. The online video was exceptional in providing instructions. Bless ya'll. I am truly pleased.
My experience with IKeyless couldn't have been better. The order (#*******) arrived quick and the item works perfectly. Programming was a snap and took less than a minute. No issues at all. Their price is a bargain, far better than going through a dealership. After the order was complete Stacy emailed to follow up on the transaction. I received my remote just a couple of days after I ordered it from Stacey. I was disappointed the directions to program the remote were not included in the package. I did go on line and was able to find how to do it. I've purchased your products in the past and the directions were included.

The key came promptly & the dealership was able to program them (even tho they told me sometimes online key purchases don't program).
However there was not enough postage on the package. We had to pay $1.14 to recieve them. I would appreciate a refund for this shortage.
