I got shipment confirmation Thursday afternoon.
It was just now delivered at 2:00 pm FRIDAY afternoon.

3. Ask heavy price while delivery of pdt in name of custom duty which they have paid without intimation to the customer. This extra money is asked as a surprise to the customer.
I placed an order from iherb on 23rd June and still haven't recd the same. When it reached india, it was such a painful process to get the order released ( DHL asked me to courier letters and forms to the custom department) which was another additional expense. Now today morning I get a call from DHL saying the order is cleared and I need to pay a bust on duty of 3040 rupees. This is complete cheating, they lure customers by showing lower prices and at the end we end up paying almost double the price. What is the point of ordering from iherb -1) the process is so painful ( create letters, fill forms, scan them and courier) 2) after following up with DHL for so many dats when the order becomes cleared, you are told that there is such massive custom duty ( almost doubling the price of the product). I am really disappointed with this purchase and experience with iherb, they should a top cheating customers by showing low prices & then literally doubling the price on arrival
Far too many problems with orders. Although there is a great range of products at good prices the cons outweigh the pros.
Deliveries are constantly late and incorrect products sent. Customer service is extremely poor with the same generic responses time and time again.
Its too late now but i really wish i should have read the reviews b4 ordering. Dont order or u will be in big trouble.
DONT BOTHER TRYING THIS SITE - this is my experience:
I placed an order and later received an email saying my card got declined. I called customer service to check why it was declined, no explanation was provided so I ended up using a different card. I was told the transaction was successful and the new card worked. A week went by and when I logged into my account to check the status I realize the order was canceled. I reached out to customer service, I realized they don't have a phone line anymore so the only way to contact them is via chat. The chat associate tells me they can't give me information via chat and asked me to email *******@iherb.com. Which I did. Another weeks goes by and I didnt hear back from them so I reach out to customer service again. Essentially, they told me they have no idea why this is happen and that I just have to wait for them to reply my email.
How is this a good way to do business? Do they realize I can buy somewhere else? Hos is this competitive customer service?

A lot of the reviews mention having to pay extra post fees but this is the country which adds these import taxes on not the company so really isn't their fault, so not accurate reviews. I have had no issue and never been added anything extra as its under my countries import tax duty.
I ordered a few products on iherb and it was supposed to be ship to europe within 2 weeks. The tracking of the parcel wouldn't really work and it always just showed me that it departed but not more. 5 weeks and around 6 e-mails after that I recieved an e-mail from I-herb saying my shipment has been cancelled. No explanation what so ever.
I will never order from them again and can not recommend it for anyone!
I order product cost is 1920 inr i paid 650 inr as shipping fee after that i got call from DHl they are asking 4100 inr this is very terrible so dont buy from this site always from indian company
I would not recommend the company. I never received my order and wasted two days trying every possibly way to get in touch with customer service. I finally posted on Facebook page with a negative review and got a general reply. They use regular post office for delivery so there is really no way to track the items. It said my stuff was delivered and it never was. They say they won't refund money after one time until they receive the item back. Like it would be my fault the item is lost in shipping. I would never take that chance. I would never order from them again. Never did receive my order and I'm still upset over how much Time and energy I wasted just trying to get someone to respond. Terrible terrible. Buy somewhere else.
Bought a product worth 650 rs... had to give another 650 for shipping and 1242rs for customs... so product is 650... and shipping cost is 1892... never ever buy from this site!. Huge loss
I only ordered 1 bottle and it shows on my account as "recurring". Another online company charging customers for something they did not order. Everyone who has complaints should contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's Office.
Chipment method dont work, it will cost you alot of extra money! No refunds and no product, what a $#*!ty company!
I bought a product from iHerb and the product label on what was received did not match that on the site (NOW DHA is from tuna, not sardines, anchovies, mackerel). They were kind enough to provide me a refund but I now cannot write a review on the product because it says I did not purchase it. I was hoping to help others and iHerb with this issue. Others will continue to have this issue.
I bought 2-items and shipment method was next day but until I don't have what I bought from there portal. I sent email to customer care telling them that I didn't get my items no body answered me yet. At same time you don't see there website phone number and so on.
I'll not wast my time and I don't recommend anyone to order from this portal or application.
Purchased an item that I soon realized contained an ingredient I cannot have. Returned the item (I had to pay for) immediately and expected a full refund. They, in turn, told me it was a promotional item, blah, blah, blah and did not indicate you would not receive full refund upon return. You cannot talk to anyone, you have to communicate only via email and wouldn't return my $$. I will file a complaint with the BBB and tell everyone I know they are a rip off and the worse customer service ever! Don't shop here!

Answer: Yes you will be charged extra, they dont make it clear when you place an order, but I was asked to pay an extra £15 sterling before they would deliver my goods to my home, so I refused and am waiting a refund of my order which they now tell me will take up to 6 months, not a good company to deal with, buy from home if I were you, I will not purchase from america again.
