We monitor reviews for authenticity
They sent me 4 products, all in glass bottles. Two of the bottles arrived smashed with liquid all over the place. I had to jump through hoops to get them to replace them. Now I receive an email from them saying my order is cancelled. No refund. No products. That is stealing!
I ordered hemp products to Taiwan The order went through successfully and arrived in a timely manner.
I got a call from customs telling me that hemp products are prohibited in Taiwan. Needless to say, this has left me with multiple forms to fill out, abandoning the hemp and they will not release the rest of my order until all the paperwork is in order and other items inspected.
The authority was very professional and expressed their frustration with the I Herb company allowing illegal production leave their facility because it is the authority understanding that I Herb is well aware of this regulation.
I contacted I Herb and told them what happened. I received an email stating that when you check out, there is fine print with a blue Link that will take you to another page stating that hemp is not allowed in Taiwan.
When an online customer reaches the point of payment, it is naturally assumed it is a valid order. Who clicks on links in the fine print area?
If this company was legit and operating mortally, they would block this item and not allow you to place an order on it.
So I Herb knowingly allows this item into Taiwan and knows it will be confiscated... but, they get their money. They don't give a damn about their "valued"customer.
Each subsequent email I sent, was returned with a generic response telling me to have a healthy day.
Well I Herb, you managed to stuff up my Friday. I spent work hours trying to clear this mess up with customs and will have more documents to mail to them on Monday.
What a nightmare experience. I have no interest in dealing with a dishonest company
I will never purchase from this site again. Here are reasons why:
Poor Shipping Logistics
I paid for shipping without acknowledgment that my parcel will not arrive on a determined or estimated date. Instead, I was given a range of ONE WEEK that my parcel would arrive. Have I had been informed that there would be no confirmed delivery date, I would not have made this purchase. This is unacceptable in 2018.
Poor Return Policy
The product in which I paid shipping for arrived, but it was the WRONG item. I had to submit a product refund ticket to customer service to have my order APPROVED for return shipping. This process will take 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. What a joke!
I am seriously missing Amazon right now.
STAY STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have ordered three parcels about the same time since you iHerb did not allow me to order the items together. They were posted (according to them) on 3 different dates and I have received none! They refund one and refuse to accept their mistake of not providing full-address to DHL. On DHL tracking info, my address was incomplete indicating that it was your fault of the items not been delivered (if they have ever been posted).
Also as indicated before there is not option for full tracking once you post items in Greece and we are keep telling me the same stupid excuse that I could have choose full tracking information!
Please avoid ordering from i-Herb since it may well be a fraud website.

PS: Please note that I received refund almost a year after the order! Really inefficient but at least I received it. For a parcel though they said on the email that they will refund me 37.25 (full amount) and I received 33,12... Not very professional of them, but at least I got most of my money back.
Dodgy paypal activity, website changes prices (up) and orders not fulfilled. Historical problems with products, company appears on the way out. Not recommended.
This is the toughest site I have ever dealt with on the internet. You can't speak with anyone. Those that are on chat are clueless about what is going on. They are non-communicative and very user unfriendly. I will never come back and encourage potential customers to flee this site!
I ordered couple of times from this company. The first time, the product had dust inside the bottle. The second time, they shipped a wrong product.
On both occasions, they followed up on my request very quickly and solved the issue.
When I received my order the mailman brought it in their shipping container so the oil that was seeping out of the box wouldn't damage anything.
When I opened the undamaged box the plastic bottle inside the plastic bag was smashed. The lid was inside the bottle and oil came through the bag.
Their return department not so helpful. I will not purchase from them again.
Did not get item for 2 months already.
Customer service cannot do anything.
Always saying some other department is checking, but nothing happens after 2 months.

Avoid this company.
Paid £12 for product + £7 shipping, only to receive email from courier saying £16 was due for importation charges. IHerb have told me I should have checked with my customs office to find out what charges would be levied, and are refusing a refund. IHerb is clearly not set up to do business in the UK and have an appalling manner when it comes to customer service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Please note that items are listed with an expiration date in small print: while it is there you must be careful to read it since otherwise you could end up buying boxes of cereal that will expire within just a few weeks of your purchase. This is bad business practice --and when I wrote to iHerb to ask them to replace them they refused, claiming that since the expiration date was listed, they were not at fault. Is this good business practice? You decide. I certainly will not ever be doing business with this company/
Ordered items to Jakarta (Indonesia), no delivery at agreed time happened. So by contact UPC i got to know that special licence is required to do a customs clearance. All this time no even a message from Iherb. Once i wrote them about the problem - the answer was " we only distributors and not in charge of customs". Yes you are but if you have an option of delivery to Indonesia you are aware of the delivery terms. Hoe can I obtain the licence if I have ordered items for personal usage? Talk with with them via email for two weeks now. No support. No refund.
They charged me twice for a product and I asked for a refund and they said sorry our system says Im inncorect for a sit that has more bad reviews then good dont buy from them youll get ripped off dont take a chance
They charge sometimes double the cost of product or more for India. It is not disclosed at time of order.
Now I buy imported products on ShopHealthy.in... the relevant duties and shipping is collected up front and disclosed up front so there are no hidden charges when you get delivery.
DHL are looking for 29 on a 77 order. 17 Tax & 12 admin fee
Not very transparent at time of order will not use again.
I placed two orders on iherb because they had nice black friday deal (10% off and 5% back later).
First order I placed on monday for around 1000$, and second one on tuesday. It was supposed to be delivered on thursday/friday.
On wednesday morning when I tried to log in to my account to see if it was shipped I couldnt because "my account is inactive".
My cc was charged, I immediately canceled it.
When I tried to speak with customer service on live chat, they said that I have to contact them via e-mail, as they dont have phone number.
That was probably live chat with some bot.
So no I don; t have my money and my order, and no response from customer serivce!
I eagerly ordered supplements form this online site iherb.in for my dad's diabetic cure. Thought all charged were covered and ordered one for joint and one for diabetes. All I had was around 2k INR and these people just wanted me to pay for the customs around 2k again. I said them to atleast return the money. These people just said either the order has to be cancelled without refund or the payment has to be made. These cheaters earn all money they have and get sinned like this. My dad is now no more. I love him so much. I feel really bad.
Whereas they were quick to deliver (next day after I ordered) - gotta' giv'em that --- I needed to return the items to them and that's when the problem started -- They were also quick to send an email saying my return authorization had to be looked at by a "relevant team" -- then I was kept in the lurch for over a week - I contacted them twice and they kept saying they thanked me for my patience but no return label was issued... Today, I finally got an email from them saying my return authorization had been denied because: they could not issue a return label as they were experiencing problems -- do they really think one is STUPID? It's more than obvious they're not going to issue a return label or authorize any return - these people should not be in business -- Thankfully I only ordered $20-odd dollars worth of merchandise from them and I'll write it off as a loss and a lesson learned, donate the edibles and tell everyone I know about this company so they steer clear of them! Their business practices leave MUCH to be desired - do NOT do business with them.

They finally contacted me via email on 11/27/17 to let me know my RMA had been authorized and they were issuing a refund, which they did. They came through in the end after taking their sweet time... still, I will not do business with them ever again - any company you cannot contact via phone is not a serious company as is a company that takes weeks to solve a simple refund.
I placed an order which sat on a 'not yet picked up' delivery status for 5 days. I had to email to ask when it was going to be delivered. If you want your goods you will have to spoon feed these people and chase them for answers. My order has only just their warehouse after nearly a week of being in their system and have yet to receive it but I have already decided I will not be ordering again. Useless and lazy staff who are not attentive.

Answer: Well dont order from india. When the product will come to your door you will be surprised by the extra custom cost which is almost the price of your product. It happened with me i am from gujarat and i found out later that it happened with many others
Answer: Yes you will be charged extra, they dont make it clear when you place an order, but I was asked to pay an extra £15 sterling before they would deliver my goods to my home, so I refused and am waiting a refund of my order which they now tell me will take up to 6 months, not a good company to deal with, buy from home if I were you, I will not purchase from america again.
