Their video selfie process is at the end of the verification process, and continually crashes. Do all the steps just as they say, but it will still say "Something went wrong" with a Try Again button under it. The Try Again button does not even work and in order to retry, you have to go through all the other steps again, just for it to crash again. I had tried 10+ times over the course of multiple months using different devices, until it finally worked.
Frequent log-in hang-ups and crashes. Often requires multiple restarts.Always significantly slows the log-in process. SSA log-in with ID.me is so cumbersome that I avoid it unless absolutely necessary.
A biometric login like no other! Easy to set up with extra security via authentication. One ID login to all government services. Try it and you'll like it.
Very complicated process that assumes that people have more tech knowledge of "smart" phone apps and operation than they might have!
Experience was very good. Had a little bit of a time understanding how to get the documents on the system (thank you to my daughter). The Agent, Leon, was very helpful, kind and patient.

Worst system & most inconvenient, still locked out of acct months later! I reached out to get assistance to access my account and no response back and again cannot log in today same issue no response despite providing all correct info. Same error message: No account information match or No acct found!

I've used my ID.me account on a weekly basis with my IPhone for over four years now and never experienced an issue logging in. All of a sudden this week I cannot get in to my ID.me account and cannot verify my identity. I've tried every method of getting in and every method of trying to get ahold of a human for customer service support and NOTHING! I have even opened two tickets to resolve this issue and requested an agent contact me via phone and NOTHING! When you are locked out, YOU ARE LOCKED OUT AND WILL NEVER GET BACK IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT! GOOD LUCK!
