I was able to set up my ID me account very easily and I am basically technically challenged. I am the generation x and so I'm not that savvy on too much technology but was able to access that my account and use it easily upload and take selfie pictures and I felt very safe using it. I would definitely recommend using it.
This whole process was time consuming and very frustrating. What do the elderly do that have no IPhones or computer skills? Considering all the hacking of accounts going on, is it really any more secure and for how long?
Som times you can login sometimes you can't they claim the account is locked. I have to call to try to get it unlocked or use an alternate site.
