The extremely patient, NICE, and helpful representative guided me through my FIRST video call EVER! After having my accounts stolen a few months ago I really appreciate the security ID.me offers. The website looked as thought it was done professionally, but everything else from system interactions to the personal interaction with the agent left much to be desired. The photo upload interface had a few basic tips, but when it came to personal interaction with the system, if there was a problem, it did not even give you an idea of what the reason for photo rejection was. Once it gave a message that you could not read the ID, but when it showed the uploaded picture, it was so big and it proved that it in fact was readable. When uploading the photos of my id's were rejected more than two or three times, the interface told me I was only given the option to agree to a video call to resolve it. The video call was the point where I really started to question this company that I was giving so much information to. After a 10 minute wait, I was connected to an agent that looked like someone working from home. They were not wearing a uniform or a shirt with the company on it, there was no identification from there end of who they were except for what they told you. After going through that whole process, I went to scdhh.net and the ID.ME link gave me error messages, saying "something went wrong, try again or return to the main menu"
