In the beginning it was o k but then afterwards I had to have help.

It took two tries to come up with the proper verification certificate, but we finally got it to work and we got the discount

Multiple attempts, multiple uploads, problems with lighting for video and no access provided to my SSA account. ID me then claimed I successfully accessed my SSA account after denying access. ID me may be unsecure and unsafe. They were ineffective and in error.

Unfortunately, the IRS.gov website denied access to me. When I telephoned IRS.gov, it appear that my experience is not unique AND I have to resolve the issue with ID.me through the website ID.me
I have tried multple times to set up an account with Login.gov, but had many issues. There is no tech support or any way for an agent to help through the process. ID.me is quick, easy, and thoroughly checks your information to make sure that it is safe. Best of all I completed it in one try and have access to multiple government agency sites.
