I'm an Apple/Mac user. Turns out ID.me doesn't work well with this interface. Because of this, I'm having problems connecting into Medicare/Social Security.

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. ID.me has no customer service reps available and the chat bots are useless.
Once you go thru the process of being I'D thru IDME you bo not have to ever do it again. IDME is used with IRS, SSA, and most govt and all your information and data is safe and secure. I give IDME a A+,
