I had trouble with screens freezing up through out the whole process. I tried it at different locations on different days and always had the same problem. I finally got it set up and it is great now.

I try to understand the importance of ID.me its take me through my taxes
I have already completed a video verification before, but they could not tell me why I needed to do it again. They COULD NOT SUCCINCTLY explain how my personal information is protected from being hacked. And, lastly, they do not give you the the right to destroy the personal information.
Very easy and quick and actually it's the way to go
Once I set it up it worked fine but I signed out and had to sign in again and then it was like I had to do it all over again. It has me verify the same thing multiple times so maybe the redirect wasn't working correctly or I had access multiple sites using id me so it maybe that was too much too fast.
Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience, but I did encounter a small issue when trying to submit my identification and photo for recognition - hoping to get that resolved smoothly!
