I'm not the most tech savvy person there is. But I do know how to take photos and upload them. For some reason, the website would not accept my documentation. Once I agreed to speak with an agent, it saved an awful lot of time. It did not take very long with her at all and she was very professional
I enrolled hoping to get a PDF of my SS-4 certificate with my valid EIN I reactivated when I changed the name of my business. No such luck. I unfortunately am now forced to call the IRS and wait on hold for hours before I can speak to a human. Very frustrating.
