After I took my ID photos, judge was quite helpful in helping ne hold the actual IDs in the camera. When one camera did not function, she helped me access another so she voukd compare my IDs.
Steps were easy to follow and set up, only issue I had was when I was finished, and it stated you are all set and email verified, I was not redirected to my search page, or home page, left me guessing if all was ready to go.

After spending 30 minutes getting phone calls with code numbers and talking to a real person, the set up did not work. I tried to access my account NUMEROUS TIMES and was told something went wrong.

The whole verification process is supposed to be very easy and quick but the dicument requirement is not straight forward for people with names appearing in different on for different ifferent documents. The system should be configured to take this possibility into account. Otherwise everything else was very fine
The fact that I need to upload a video of myself to access information that I had access to for nearly 2 decades is a terrible user experience. Beyond that, after the process was complete, I still couldn't access my data. Even this feedback form is asking for personal information that I would prefer not to share. Terrible.

If you have a issue or need technical support, this company only has AI that repeats itself over and over! Hopefully as Musk and team seek to make changes with the systems at the IRS this company will be removed with all the other junk.
