I tried to use my Linux partition and a Browser that was not cooperative. So after a couple failed attempts I booted into my Microsoft partition. No problems after that. Don't get frustrated. It is not a waste of your time to protect your security. Take a deep Breath if you feel like quitting, slow down and go step by step. I did end up using the video ID. My representative was very professional an competent. Then I received an email with verification steps. Lastly, I logged into my account that I previously created several years ago. Good Luck!
