Horrendous experience. First I'm told I need to video call with an agent and I wait on hold for over half an hour. That was after having to deal with the dumbest and most useless AI bot ever. It's like the IRS handed all its inefficient habits to ID. Me and used that to create the ai chat bot. Yes, that bad. Between going in circles, being informed I have to have a video call (which was needed) just to wait half an hour to speak with an agent just to get notified that I don't need an agent and to wait yet again for a different department to help. The problem is I KNEW I had to speak with a video agent to rail e the issue. After hours of useless interacting with the ai bot, being on hold, then redirected multiple times, I gave up and had to do it all over the next day.
Everything was very easy the instructions were perfect the way they describe everything was good they're set up was good I really trusted I can definitely take that to the bank I think I should be fine with it
