Do not order from this company. Informed product would arrive within 10 days 20 days in and no product, this company is so poor Communication to tell me products will come is just a joke. The products are not shipped until there is a bulk order so who knows if they will ever arrive this is not disclosed at time of purchase. This is the experience of many and long before Covid19 as far as I can see they just use your money. Do not order from this company

I paid for a dronex pro on 02/19/2019. I sent them a message a month later complaining that I hadn't received it by 03/15. I went to their tracking site and it indicated that the drone had cleared customs in Miami on 03/18. Now it is 04/21 and it still isn't here. I live less than 100 miles from Miami. I could have walked there and back by now. They gave me some bs about the tracking site being messed up. The tracking site hasn't taken 2 months (and counting) to deliver the drone. Buy it someplace else.

They give you no confirmation of when you can expect to receive you order. All you get is a purchase number "IGADGET24" which is not useful for anything, as you cannot contact anybody who can help you.
The only reason you know you have order the watch is that the cost appears on your VISA bill.
The promotion of the product was very good; but the customer service part is non existent. I am very disappointed.
I made an order on August 25th. Haven't received shipping confirmation and tracking number. Haven't received my order. They are not replying to emails sent to them. Not recommended.
With all of the complaints that I see about this company (Hyperstech), I'm surprised that there aren't more people that are interested in looking into the possibility of fileing a class-action lawsuit against them. If you are interested, please let me know. Bought smart watch. Worked partally for 2-3 days. Contacted them. Was told to change the battery. Jewelry stores refused to service it except the last one. Told that the battery is special order and went to get watch around 3 weeks later. It didn't work. Contacted Hyperstech and was told I only had 30 days for a refund and they offered me a 5% discount on purchase price. What a joke. Imagine that they do this 1 000 000 times per year at an average order of lets say $75.00 usd., that's a staggering $75 000 000 of revenue for things that most probably are worthless to the manufacturer and they get it real cheap. Class-action lawsuit would be a way to expose them to all futurre potential customers who will be better off not spending their hard earned cash on Hyperstech below-grade products. This is my opinion and I wish that I had checked them out before buying the watch. They should put a 0 on the overall rating. If there was one, I'm sure that all the 1's would be zero. Mike

If you paid give it up - you won't get what you paid for. If not, consider yourself lucky. I paid for as case and they refuse to send it unless I send a picture of the box the drone came in. Which is so stupid because if I really wanted to I would just take the case out of the box :) Why the heck would I want an extra case if I only have one DroneX?

I ordered3 eco hearters from the USA and they sent heaters that only plug into European scokets. I told them they sent heaters I couldn't use and they emailed me back & said, buy some converters. I say NO. Send me the correct ones which work in my country. I paid 189.00 for 3 heaters that I can't use. Im not giving permission for google to have any more control over my phone than they already have by sending pictures. Sorry google.
I ordered a coolair fan (supposed to blow cool air). The fan is a piece of cheap plastic. I paid around 120CAD / 90USD. DO NO BUY STUFF FROM THIS COMPANY. The reviews are real. I wish I read before ordering. I will not even bother returning the item, as my time is valuable. It's been over four months, no product! Hyperstech continues to respond with an automated email message stating the tracking number states the product was delivered from China to USA Custom facility that takes time to deliver. UNBELIEVABLE! This company needs to be BANNED from doing business in the USA immediately! Pass this on to everyone you know and EVERY Social Media. Hyperstech is taking thousands of customer's money and delivers NO Product and NO Refund! Just outright thieves!

I ordered an Xone Phone and received a cheap knockoff. The box I received stated Xone phone and the little info pamphlet stated Xone phone but the phone and label on the phone stated OUKITEL C16 which is a cheap chinese phone. The phone also would NOT charge with supplied cable (maybe because the Chinese use a different voltage?).
