This company is nothing but a poor compant that RIPS-OFF Clients. They claim it came in the Mail... I have been quarantined and nothing! They Charged my card immediately... but processed nothing. Take heed of all the negative reviews. Or use them to lose ur money!
Ordered Oxypro respirator in Feb. BS guaranteed shipping in 7-10 days. Rec'd update In March that product had shipped. Now April and no reply from CS and tracking link is now disabled. Total rip off. More Chinese lies
Ordered product weeks ago, the tracking number they gave has not updated for 10 days. When I contact customer service they reply with a standard response and they say tracking system is down and that delivery is on its way... do not order the GX Smartwatch from these gangsters
I bought two of these devices, one for me an one as a gift. They are used to stop dogs barking using high pitched sound. The work but not for long. The first one failed after a few pushes of the button and the second one couldn't be turned off once the battery was connected. Quality of construction is poor and the battery barely fits in the space under the cover. No refund offered.
I ordered a Health Watch from Hyperstech and it didn't work properly. After about 6 mos. (only used it a few times in this time frame) it stopped working altogether. I paid $89 for the product. Very disappointed. Watch was garbage.
I ordered 5 face masks from Hyperstech. There was an inordinate delay in receiving the masks. It is very difficult to contact the company. The masks turned out to be sub-standard, very flimsy and certainly not worth $40 each and not in accordance with the quality claimed in their adv. Very disappointed, overall! My daughter, on the other hand got better & much durable masks from an other company at Singapore for less than $3 a piece!
I will never purchase from Hypers Tech again. We purchased a Drone X Pro and discovered that the battery was defective (would not charge). My complaint was completely ignored until the forth attempt to convey the problem and, at that point, we were told that they could not ship a replacement for the battery. They did agree to restock the entire Drone but required shipment to Canada. The shipment costs were excessive. We made one more attempt to communicate about the defective battery and requested a credit for its value. My request was ignored and they responded with directions about how to use the product. This is the worst customer support that I have ever experienced.
These rip off artists keep you attracted to their pop up video by a deal that is too good to be true. Next, they play with your empathy. Next, they time pressure you with a count down clock. Next, they sink their hooks into you deeper, by stating that if you close their video page (to check their reviews) the deal is cancelled. Then, to keep you engaged, they offer you one review to look at, which is obviously 5 hoping to succumb to their deception. Rating=

Coming up 3 months since we order a product from this place. LOADS OF BULL$#*! and lies about product enroute, have to wait for arrival, cannot refund even though the product was never sent and wonder if it even exists. Given 2 different tracking numbers for the same supposed parcel. Definitely will never deal with this company again.
Buyer be very beware. Fraudsters and scammers is what comes to mind to describe this company.
My mate ordered me a fitness watch from this company. He ordered it 2 weeks before my birthday and a month later, the company says "it's on the way." They also refuse to provide a refund.
Tracker is useless and says tracker number doesn't exist in system.
Ordered a wi-fi booster on 5th April still no item received after many emails they just keep replying their looking into it, Never i mean Never order anything from them it's a complete fake company they'll scam you out of your money
Ordered 4 watches and when received sealed parcel 2 months later only received 3. After a month of requesting the 4th watch received a reply that they insist the US mail must have stole the watch and sealed the parcel up again. We've been instructed by them to go after the "delivery services" who they used to get the missing watch back.
2 drones a month ago I still haven't received them give you an invalid tracking number and keep sending you the same message over and over again so don't even think about ordering anyting from hyperstech
Purchased in November and all I've gotten after sending an email was a generic response with the same pointless tracking # that told me nothing new... actually said the item hadn't even been scanned yet. This is horrible... I was looking at this watch and the Versa 2 I should've stuck to my guns and got the Fitbit. Hopefully PayPal honors my dispute for a refund because this is just horrible.
Saw the ad on line and purchased the 3 health watches. All I can say is thank god i used paypal. They are total garbage. Ordered them, they took 1month and a half to get here. The package was damaged. The watches didn't work. I filed a complaint with paypal and recieved a full refund. They told me I could just dispose of the watches. That should tell you something right there. Stay away from this company, IT IS A TOTAL SCAM!
Paid for a droneX and received nothing. This company scams people. Dont waists your money. First they claim it was sent out, then they claim had been refunded, now they claim they never got payment from the credit card company
These guys are criminals. They have advertised their T-Watches as super tough, water proof, and with features they just don't have. Eg. I was specifically looking for a device to measure heart rate. Their site said it did it all. The watches have arrived and it turns out they have lied about the features. I have been scammed out of my money through deception. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
BTW these super tough watches were a joke. We bought 5 and opened 2. One had a faulty display and would only partially show the seconds counter, the other got wet and fogged up so we can't actually tell if it is Working anymore

Ordered AirPhones and got cheap worthless devices that we've decided to hammer into pieces. They requested a video of why we want to return devices that don't even charge (how can you capture that?). So we'll send a video telling them what we think of them.
