Ordered a silent snore on the 25th Jan and paid in full recieved an email to say that it would be delivered within 14 days nothing arrived and no communication from hypers tech rang the company and complained and was told that it was being dispatched from Hong Kong / China which was not stated on any part of there website then I recieved an email stating that the delivery date had been moved from 14 days to 115-20 days, this company are a complete joke, I think the best thing to do is reporttotradingstandards and also the c card company who will fight the case to claim back the payment, anyone Who is thinking about buying from these crooks please think again.

This is now the second site I am posting my horrific experience on, I ordered a drone X pro directly from the hyperstech website, complete with carrying case warranty and a set of extra warranty and a set of extra blades. I paid $176. After waiting over 3 weeks for delivery what we received is is a complete piece of bait and switch garbage. It doesn't even resemble the Drone I purchased straight from the hyperstech website, has a battery compartment cover that is too small so it cannot be closed and the battery falls out. I ordered what they had on their site what I got is fraud. I of course immediately sent an email saying what the heck is this piece of garbage this is not at all what I ordered off the site their response was they have no idea who I am they have no record of the sale. WHATWHAT? I then sent them a second email with a photo of the China packet label on which they fraudulently declared the value of the contents as 13 US dollars when in reality it was it was $176 I can only assume they did that to avoid paying tariffs. Again got back to me and said nope you didn't order this from us sorry too bad. WHAT? These people are actually telling me that I am that I am dreaming none of this happened move on. I of course am absolutely Furious that I got scammed out of my hard-earned money by a piece of garbage Chinese company in a bait-and-switch scam. I have since discovered that there are thousands of us that have been scammed by of us that have been scammed by hyperstech there are multiple websites with thousands of complaints. PLEASE GO TO THE TRUST PILOT REVIEW SISITE. Post your experience that you had with hyperstech! There you will find my review it is very lengthy and gives more detail, these people think that we are just dumb American consumers and if they ignore us enough we will go away and let them keep our money... they scammed me out of mine they scammed you out of yours! This is a fake company that has no customer service and will tell you that you are mistaken. You bought this piece of garbage on some other site! Wtf? Take a look at the Drone X pro on the website which is what I paid good money for... now take a look at the piece of garbage that they tried to sell me. Please go post your experiences everywhere you can... we have all been stolen from. I have demanded my money back or the Drone that is pictured on their website. They refuse to do anything! For all of you people who have been scammed just like me, go to your bank, go to your credit card companies and open a fraud case! It sounds complicated but it literally takes about 60 seconds. Hyperstech needs to be held accountable.
