Hopefully, unlike myself, you will be reading this before placing order. Took yonks to arrive and putting aside the colour it bore no resemblance to the picture of what I ordered WHATSOEVER. (looked like a Mop Head) They are now refusing to let me return the wig for a full refund, telling me to try it on again and offering me discount of next purchase, LIKE I WOULD ORDER ANOTHER WIG FROM THEM. The company obviously takes money off of vulnerable women under false pretenses, HOW SHODDY IS THAT!

Unfortunately I checked up this horrible company way to late, the order was already placed.
Now I am among all of you who tries to get a refund which seems impossible. As it is no doubt scam and fraud I will ask PayPal to step in 20 days after my first complaint to the company.
I made them understand that I am not interested in others than a full refund (wont happen I am sure) as they use illegal methods to get their terrible wigs sold. Like someone wrote they use pictures from expensive collections and the wig you actually get is nothing like the pictures in the ad.
In my case they used the picture from Ellen Willies expensive collection. Model "Soul". I wrote to them and asked them to take action. Of course they were already aware of this and yes, they are trying to fight these companies even though hard as they keep changing name.
Anyway; the wig I received was made of plastic and not remy hair as promised. The length was approximately as the one on the pic and the color ok but as mentioned plastic (did check just to make sure and burnt a loose "hair" that was stuck in the net covering the wig) and smelled horrible moreover. The lacefront was non existing and no need to even try it on.
It´s a shame how they scam people with often lethal diseases, like myself.
I do hope that everyone who is planning to buy a wig take part of all these warnings before placing an order. And actually PayPal claim they will refund if you have been scammed. Just collect as much information you possibly can.

They lost my wig and I have been harassed ever since. Harassed to let them make me another one with a %age off. This Sarah, who I'm sure isn't her name, keeps saying she will get in trouble if my money is refunded like I should care and pay for their mistake and it looks like they make nothing but mistakes by the reviews here. It is truly another Chinese rip off. I will never order from a Chinese company again. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

FALSE COMMERCIAL. Please be aware lots of different company is using www.jacquelynwigs.com since this company been establishing since 1969... so they cached they key word jacquelynwigs next to their name. If you ever purchase a Jacquelyn wig. They have their name tag and the style name in the back of the wigs.

Terrible cheap product from China! SCUM! The UK website with the seller based in China. Sending messages from Chinese gmail and not the website that is related to the HoWig website. I'm waiting from PayPal for the full refund, as this is becoming too popular selling fake wigs and making money on naive buyers. As I see, I'm not the only one who fell for that UK based' company. Daylight robbery!
About the wig i received, I was ordering the smallest size and received XXL, it's even big for my friends who is 6"10 tall with a bigger had than mine, the hair cut looks like I'm wearing a hat and the hair line did not have a front lace, you can only imagine the fat ugly fake wig hair line on my forehead when I tried it on. No guys, thank you. I do not want to try it again, I have my eyes on my face and I can see clearly that I've got a Halloween item and not something I can wear during the day. What a joke! I hope this money you make on us will make you happy. I see that some people found their way to make their living. Get a life scumbags Lucy and Maria, all in one same person wringing me emails with the attitude like we are on the Chinese street market bargaining to return me £20 or £30, charging me £104.

I purchased a wig through this company it was completely the wrong color. Ive been corresponding with Lucy for months now begging for my money back. I sent them the wig back (which they made me pay to do). They now have my money, they have the wig and they still wont refund me. The wig was never used. It was still in the bag And in my most recent email I was offer 10% of what I paid. BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM. THEY ARE CROOKS

Wanted to buy a real hair wig that looks like my own hair. I found one on the Howigs online page. It was just what I wanted. It was the right color and style like my real hair, or at least the photo on that page looked like that. I was frustrated and disgusted with the lousy, ugly wig they sent to me. Wrong style, color and cheaply made. The top is thin and has odd black hairs running through it. It looks NOTHING like the wig they had the photo on the webpage. When I asked for a refund they asked me to pay another $60.00 and send back the wig. I said no, it not what I ordered or can use. We went back and forth too many times to count. I finally copied all of the emails and the photos and sent them to the fraud complaint department of my Credit Card company. The Credit Card refunded my money. Now Howigs is hounding me to pay to send that ugly wig back. I told them if they want this cheap wig back they can send a pre-paid shipping label. They refused. They want me to pay $22.00 to send it back. No way! They tried to cheat me and I will not be out a dime for the rotten company. The wig is so gross. I am sure they would send it to another unsuspecting customer thinking they are getting a beautiful wig when they are not. BEWARE!

I SENT IT, HE HAD IT AND I WAS OUT OF OVER $116.00 PLUS SHIPPING BACK. THIS MAN/WOMAN? WILL NOT HONER THE RETURN, WILL NOT GIVE MONEY BACK OR ANYTHING. HE ONLY WROTE ME TO SAY I WILL LIKE IT.
