I purchased this wig in champagne rooted, and it is absolutely GORGEOUS! The Flexlite fiber feels like natural hair and the color is unbelievably beautiful. Even the styling needs no improvement because it is short and sassy.

I contacted them to cancel my order, and was told I could not cancel. The website makes it appear they are in the UK, but after TRYING to communicate with them, they are in China. Horrible experience and I still have not gotten any refund.

The quality is fabulous, and it's able to be worn immediately. There is an appropriate amount of thickness, so it looks realistic and not too thick.

I paid money through PayPal and ordered a wig on the 8 th November 2016. Paid 63 GBP and when I did not receive and complained they asked for more money to treship it to me, again I paid the extra 15 pounds and still did not get it s stupid story about authorities in USA destroying the wig and later another story about being sent to a bogus address! Now they are asking for more money to reship again. FRAUD

Don't order from this site it is crap I order a wig months ago and only to receive a wig which was nothing like I order and I also had to pay 14.20 when the post man came and I was horrified when I open the box the wig was disgusting nothing at all like I order i have e mailed them maybe around twenty times and now they say it was the one I order omg and said I could return it. Me pay to send it back to them I have already paid money for the postage and the wig so I am going to let all the other company's be aware that this site is a con artist I have lost my money and the postage and no wig

As with other reviews, which I should have checked before ordering, wig received was nothing like I ordered. After initial email from customer support, received Postmaster email all in Chinese.
I finally found a wig that looks and feels so natural. No one can tell it's not my real hair. Love the natural wave and color. My husband says it's his favorite of all the wigs I've worn.
