They claim to be from Toronto but they are in China. They say you will have you order within 7-10 business days ( day 20 and still waiting). They always post on Facebook under a different name. This is second time never again.
The quality of the wig makes me forget about the price. I am ready to pay twice the amount for such high quality wigs. They look amazing and so normal. I have tried many wig shop online but this one is worth considering.
The service and pricing are fine. You need not worry about the delivery as the product delivery is always on time. But the support staff is a little slow as far as my experience is concerned. Would rate them higher if they become more serious after customer service.
I've never been so excited about a wig Until yesterday! I literally took it out of box, shook it and put on! I Loved it from the moment I saw it on! Then I ran errands and got compliments everywhere I went! I finally found the one for me! Thanks so much.
I am happy to have found it sooner. The wigs are really nice. They look natural and the pricing is also reasonable. The platform gives you great after purchase service and facilitate refund, return or exchange after the delivery of the product. They are reliable and I am a happy customer.
Don't waste your time and energy - this is a scam! Received wrong product and have been waiting for a refund for 9 month now! Not even getting emails anymore! Very shady, unprofessional. After they agreed to refund a portion they keep stalling the process!

I use wig as a style statement. I was never happy with the type of natural hair I possess. I feel the need to experiment with my hair and most of the time it is too strong. I tried different hair cuts and then got involved in wearing wigs. The wigs i bought from this place complimented my look and style in the best possible manner.

Do not touch this site. No address, or phone no. And now my emails are returned. I do not expect to get my money back or the wig I ordered. Complete désastre.
Product NOT as advertised. More like a Halloween costume wig, rather than something you can use. Maybe they are WHORE-wigs... Totally junk products, and totally junk communications (e-mails, out of China) with customers. If there is a "positive" review - it is a fake.

I received the wig yesterday. Firstly, I was expecting a parcel from the UK. This looks as if it came from US as the contents value = 14.00 USD. £67 was paid for a cheap and nasty item. If you saw this in a costume shop for £5 you'd pass as it is so poorly made. The hair (if you can call it that?) is attached in rows some so badly that it's all in a clump that would be at the top of your head. I thought I was ordering a layered 8" wavy blonde bob style with dark roots. Ain't what I got! I don't think a clown would wear this. I've just opened a Paypal case so will escalate as soon as possible. Just wish I had read these reviews first and I would NOT of ordered.
Update: I escalated with PayPal. Howigs have not yet responded via open case but have emailed through a gmail.com account. Basically asking for more money. I need to pay for a new wig and they will give me 3 free gifts. Obviously, I will not be responding. Hopefully PayPal do the right thing and issue a full refund.
I ordered the buy 2 get 1 free. I had to pay for all 3. But I like what I saw so I said that's OK. It took over a month to get in-stock items. I got 1 wig and 2 packs of crochet hair. And they were nothing like web site. I had to get PayPal to get them to respond to my email to get an return address because they would not respond to me and the addres on the website was not deliverable. I sent back all they asked for in May 2021 afterpaying a large shippingfee. 12/28/21 I received my package back with no explanation. Please save your money.
I am another person who has made a mistake with this company address is the same but company name is OPO Hair. I purchased the wig through opohair.co.uk but it's not koi n the UK, It's the same issue as everyone else - charging £180 for fake synthetic wig with absolutely no shape or style, it took 5 weeks to arrive and it's a shapeless, disgusting, rough plastic nonsense - an acrylic mess. Not only false advertising but they are trying to run me around in shady email circles saying they'll give me 30%, then 35% now £100 it's just wicked. 3 weeks of going back and forth acting like they don't understand me - after some digging it turns out the company is hidden behind 2 fake companies here in the UK, they have given me the same address as you all have sent your returns to - I have started action with PayPal but something tells me God Almighty will need to get involved now to even stand a chance of getting my money back. It's my fault I felt in my heart to stay with Amazon but I really wanted a Human Hair wig. I saw there was 127 people who have had the same problems.
This has been my go-to wig for a few years now. She's very natural looking, beautiful color, soft, natural fibers, with a perfect fit length for my small head! Customer service is amazing! I hope you never discontinue or alter this wig, as it's made a huge difference in my life! I no longer have to worry about bad hair days and it saves me so much time each day. I just can't thank you enough!

Thank goodness for PayPal as without them I would have been out of pocket. The wigs I received were nothing like the pictures shown in either style or colour. The company refused to supply an address for returns but instead offered increasing amounts of money to keep them. Even after PayPal found in my favour they were offering money for me to keep the shoddy wigs. No thank you!
What an adorable style, I love that this wig is offered in you. It fits me perfectly. I got the color which is so great for the summer. It has a cool open cap with a side mono and looks very realistic. Fast shipping and excellent service as always.
This is a beautiful start to my summer. She fits real well and is as described in the stock photos. Long bangs, sassy layers in the back. If i could do one thing to improve it would be to make her a full mono. Basic caps have great.
If you wear wig's often or this will be your first wig it is a great choice. The texture of the hair is so soft and whimsy. This is a must to anyone's wig's collection. When I put Angelica on she makes me feel a little flirty and romantic. My husband even liked her. He never says anything about my hair and that night he said, "I love how you fixed your hair tonight". That says it all. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a mid length wig.
Love this wig. Very pretty. Have bought several different wigs by you and all are just fantastic. Very light to wear you don't even know it's on your head, very easy to care for and curls come right back after washing.
I've had many wigs over the years. I'm 50 and don't want anything dowdy. This cut is a classic look. I'm an average-large size so I decided to get two of these in the Large. I'm also contemplating getting the wig because I like a mono top or part as well as a lace front. Wish it had rooting because I believe rooting makes it look more realistic.
