Do not get fooled like I did. I thought real hair, alright. Real hair of someone who had dead ends and frizz. Horrible wig. Asked for return address to send back for a refund. They would not give it to me. Pay Pal was of no help. They both ought to be put out of business. No more cheap China crap for me. Ever...
Delivered the wrong color. Bright red, if you want to be a clown great. NO REFUNDS. It was not styled, just a bunch of hair. I don't think even my hairdresser could have styled this hair. I will donate it to a thrift store, maybe they can sell as part of a costume.
The wigs are terrible and poorly made. I spent $200 on 2 wigs and followed the policy to return but received an email stating it would not do it. One wig the company had the nerve to tell me to take it my stylist to style. There was no hair in the back to complete the style if I I wanted to. I just threw over $200 away for wigs I cant wear. Well. I guess its the chance you take when ordering from a country that don't give a dam about American customers. Please I am telling you the truth the wigs are not well made. If the company was here in America I would sue. When you treat people wrong it comes back to you. The Company refused to return my money or make a return and offered me a 20% discount on my next order. As if I would make another order! Order at your own risk.
Woot possible customer service. Flat out lied about the incorrect wig color then claimed it was a custom order which it was not.
End result. No possibility of returns and I'm out the money.

Terrible customer service. Paid £ 172 and not received anything. Howigs blaming courier. Courier blaming me, 2 days off work for promised delivery. Cctv confirms no on came. Howigs don't want to know. Requested full refund, company gone quiet

I ordered 2 human hair wigs at curly shoulder length.
I was sent 2 long hair wigs & thought it was mix up. Despite emails etc and being told so much crap I am left with Wigs.
Even Pay Pal never got my money back. Nearlly a fortnight pension.
Dont even think about buying from them. Read private reviews and see how many cancer patients get ripped off. Definately a nasty site, I know its horrid but these people need a taste of what they put clients through.

This company is an awful, deceptive, joke... except that it's not funny. They advertised a human hair, lace front wig. They used a great model. I think it may be Vivica Fox. My mother paid almost $200 for this wig. She ordered a large, but it's much too small. The "lace" front is just weird, like remnants of the veil of an old hat someone lost in the attic. When they were contacted so we could find out how to return for a refund, they only explained that the size was correct & my mom should "... measure her head..." They have found a clever means of extorting cash from the unsuspecting folks outside of their country.
Wig received was not wig advertised - wrong style, wrong size, wrong color, very poor quality. They refuse to let you return... I have had to go through credit card company to file a dispute claim to try to have charge reversed. I would never recommend this company. Another fact - the company is physically located in China.
I bought item for £150 after I received I emailed them straight away for return address as it was very bad quality and not suited me but they keep ignoring me and asking me to try it it's very good wig! I'm still fighting for my refund I hope my PayPal account sort it soon and refund me all my money.

Just a note of thanks to you for making this purchase so easy and successful. I can highly recommend this wig for the style, fit, comfort and ease of styling. Just finger comb and you are ready to go. I have had so many compliments about my new haircut and friends asking who is doing my hair now!
Not only your wigs won't have the quality stated in their website but they'll also send you the wrong colour and refuse for any refunds or returns. Its completely unacceptable!
It's unacceptable that I was sent the wrong wig colours/size and they've simply refuse to at least correct it! No refund is actually done as stated here on their website, this looks like a scam website and I'm keen to denounce it online! Don't use this webpage
I ordered 2 wigs after reading on their website that returns are possible in 15 days. The wigs looked nothing like the ones on the website, they were made from bad quality plastic and looked awful. They were also way to big for the size I ordered. They were sent by DHL, so I had to pay an extra CAD30 $ to receive the parcel. I tried to return them but after 4-5 e-mails where the customer representative said a definite NO to returning and tried to make me feel compassionate about people who worked on these wigs, I gave up. I am 250$ poorer. I will complain to the trade bureau and try to close their website. Thieves! Please stay away from them.
I really like this wig, it looks better in person I think lol. I've never officially worn it anywhere yet, just tried it on 2 or 3 times. I will say the customer service at the site is excellent and has been really helpful in the past.
I have purchased wigs several times and been very pleased however the most recent purchase was much darker than the previous purchase which was suppose to be the same color. I will exchange for a new wig.
Do you love to wear wigs for passion or to deal hair loss! If yes, this online wig store is the place where the most organic looking hair wigs are found. I would highly recommend this one.
Well if you want to get expensive Holloween wig this is a place to buy it. They do send product but its nothing what it looks like on a picture. I say stay away from this site. You can buy the same wigs for less just go to any china town.
My favorite wig
I have been wearing wigs for 20 years or so. Nobody ever knows that that is not my own hair. Over the years, I changed styles and colors and was always able to find wigs that suited me best. Today, my favorite wig is this one and I bought two of those of different colors. Both are very comfortable and flattering. Thank you.
Don't order from this company. I sent them a message and they want pictures of the wig. Their site says there is not a public key and I can't send the pictures. The wig was supposed to be human hair but it's synthetic and looks terrible.
I was concerned this wig style might look too youthful for me but I was very pleasantly surprised that it looks great and I always get compliments from strangers when I wear it. The color looks very natural with my older skin tone.
I wished I had read your review before I spent £57. It was a CRAP wig, the photo on line bore no resemblance to the nightmare and all I got was excuses. I was offered compensation in the reverse £30, £20, £10. How crazy is that.
I made the mistake of returning the wig to a Middlesex address that was on the box that said Return to: when it should have been returned to China. It was signed for in Middlesex. Biggest SCAM ever. Note the number of stars supposedly wearing Ho Wigs!. Do you think they are really Ho Wigs?
