Love the wig! Very comfortable, didn't tangle at the nape of neck like so many long wigs. Holds the loose curls and looks natural. I was afraid it was a little over the top for me but received lots of compliments. I'm plannng on wearing it for special occasions
Was unhappy with wig... the cut was wrong... didn't look like the photo on website...

Ask for a return address refused to sent me one... I have contact them over and over, it's always refused. My wig only coat $140. I wanted the wig because I'm going thu chemo treatment. It just didn't fit. Very badly made.

This is my second purchase of the wig.So natural no one knows it's a wig I am wearing. The fit is perfect. The cap is snug but not tight in Average, making it feel very comfortable and secure! Love this One. This was this look right out of the box Ladies...
I've seen this one promoted as for African -American, but I don't know why but I love it. The wig cap fits very well compared to others and it's a great style. I trimmed the bangs a bit and I'm very happy.

The wigs have no shape or style to them and when you put the hot Ions on the wigs they melt and go frizzy real hair does NOT do that. It's disgusting to think they are getting away with it

They are holding my wig for more money. I paid $180. For real hair wig Brown chin length. I got nylon brownish orange ugly wig. Now they are holding my wig hostage for more money and I get to keep the ugly orange brown wig AND I have to pay more.the wig the sent is junk would not ever wear.
Beautiful wig! A little edgy but tendrils cover the back of the neck and the does. The color was perfect. Exactly right. Feels good. Lifts my face. Just the kind of haircut I would have loved when I had hair (but not enough of it) Love it!
Do not buy from this site. They do not honor the return policy and will send a bogus return label and tell you that if merchandise is returned it will probably get lost! Terrible customer service! Beware before you spend your money, you wont get it back! The wigs they send do not look anything like what is shown. This site is not legit and somewhere in China!
It arrived on time. Was able to wear it right out of the box. It is beautiful! Looks and moves like real hair. Everyone complemented me on it and wanted to know who did my hair. Loved it. Will definitely be ordering another one!
This was my first wig. People never believe it is a wig and always compliment me on my look, stating that I look younger. At my class reunion, several friends just had to try it on. They all looked beautiful and subsequently bought it.
Do not buy any wigs from HOWIGS.COM. I ordered a wig and it arrived. It was terrible. It was not what I ordered. The style was different. The hair was falling out from the wig. They did offer to provide me with a new wig free of charge as long as I was willing to pay for new shipping and handling. I was not going to send any more money after first disaster. The wigs are made overseas and they have no return policy.

howigs.co.uk. The wigs advertised are lovely however, what they advertise and what you receive don't compare. I ordered a lovely short wig and received something resembling a dead rat. The colour, shape and texture was awful. It had a lump at the top where there's a hole with short hairs stuck out like a coconut. I requested a refund and the means to return the wig and have received the runaround ever since. I have received various offers 10-15 % discount and £10-£2O refund and told to sell the wig on if I didn't want it. I have been told it will cost me too much to return to China even though the wig isn't fit for purpose and is substandard. They have also now started replying in Chinese as well as English and refusing to refund or supply a return address. I have asked paypal to get involved and if they won't refund my next stop will be the card company I refuse to let these con artist rip me off. I'm going to donate the money to charity as I was fool enough to fall for these shysters in the first place I should give it to someone more deserving. Please, please don't let them take your money as well
The wig is so smooth. It feels like natural hair. I was losing my hair rapidly after I entered into my 30's. Happily took the best option I had and now seldom people realize that I wear a wig. This is the quality of the wig which stands out. Just superb.
Ordered a wig from the style and colour of Howigs chart. My hair was almost gone from chemotherapy when I received it three weeks later. I cried when I opened the box. Bright red when I ordered dark blonde. A terrible cut and adjustable clip pressed into the back of my head. I attempted to return it, and even though I meet all the terms and conditions, they would not accept a return with a full refund. Emails continued to go to and fro for months on end, continually asking for more money to replace this wig. I lodged a dispute with Paypal and also my bank. I posted the wig back at my expense of $48.00. Howigs continued to say they had not received it back, but I had a tracking number. I eventually got a chargeback through my bank, after lots of stress but it became about the principle of it. I am surprised with all the complaints paypal will still allow payments to go through them. If you need a wig for Halloween this is your shop. Janine M
No quality control, labels are mixed up, colours are horrendous. What I got was nothing like the wig I ordered. I had seen the wig in a retail shop then ordered the suppossbly same on on line. This company is not honest. Wish I had seen the reviews before losing my money. Then they wanted me to try again and would give me 10 % off. No return on mop they sent me. I feel cheated. Never again.
The wig I received was no way like the wig I ordered. We had multiple correspondence with the company and they insisted on making me another wig for full price. Their only resolution was for me to keep the wig and they would refund me $15. The cost of the wig was close to $200. Do not waste your money, it will not be what it was supposed to be. The first picture was the proposed wig, the second picture was the actual wig.

Pretty. Soft. Can do a lot of styles. One of the very best basic cap wigs. The style is so nice. All the hair hangs lovely and does not clump together. Even the skin cap is fairly realistic.

Had definite concerns this wig would not look good on in this color but couldn't quit looking at it everyday so I ordered it and I am so glad I did. This is just a fun fun wig. Have gotten lots of compliments from girlfriends and my boyfriend likes it too. My daughter says it was a good choice for me. Believe me if she didn't think so she would say so. I'm a happy girl!
