Ordered 3 Hoverboards from this site on November 12,2016. Discover card was charged on November 13. Received an email stating items would be delivered 3-5 business days. Did not happen. Emailed several times. After 3 weeks received an email stating ready for shipment. They never shipped. We informed them we were cancelling the order and filing a dispute claim with Discover Card which I did on November 30. Discover started an investigation. Received an email from Hoverboarder today claiming that due to heavy order volume the order was being cancelled and they would credit the card within 3-5 days. This waits to be seen. Without Discover's intervention I doubt they would have responded.
Love this company excellent with their shipment great board. My son was so happy with it that his brothers want one now so I will be back to order again great price, product, shipment, and customer service for sure. I recommend you shop here
Would b 5 stars but they never answered phones or emails. Ordered white board but got a red one... really glad they messed up cause this one is really great looking... they were honest in the disclaimer on website. Saying orders were running a few days late because of seasonal orders... anyway it arrived 3 days ahead of schedule... just b patient when u order. It will come...
Item received in two weeks from order date but ordered Gold and received purple. Sent an email and called the Cust Service number with no luck in either. Contacted my Credit Card holder and filed a complaint due to the high number of same issue reviews. The credit card companies have a lot more power to get results so advise all dissatisfied customers do likewise!
I ordered a purple board in early November as a Christmas gift for my 14 year old son and experienced no trouble at all. I, however did not open the box until close to midnight on Dec 23rd. We received a pink one! The packing slip and all of my email communications showed purple. Thankfully my son thinks having a pink board is cool! I did attempt to call the company to voice my complaint at both numbers listed and was unable to get through. I am hopeful the board continues to function appropriately! So far, so good!
We ordered a hoverboard from them because of the three day delivery. Although it took longer than three days to get the hoverboard we ordered for our daughter, we did get it. She loves it and now my son wants one so I will be back to order one for him from this site. I just know to order well ahead of time. And hoverboarder.com more than compensated for the late delivery of my daughter's board.
My husband ordered 4 different colors then one more black. Got one then the other four. Opened them a few days prior to Christmas, the one was blue, all others black! Contacted company and found out they were shut down. Contacted our credit card co but still haven't heard back. No gift, no credit back, haven't let them be used. The four of them had no product info, boxed in brown generic boxes. Safety is the issue not only the money and disappointment
My daughter saved money from selling ice all summer she got her hover board it stops without warning and slams people to the floor. And one feel locks with no warning it's very dangerous... on so many levels and to do this to kids is so wrong.
Ordered two hover boards for Christmas. Finally received after two weeks but one wrong color. They sent a return label via email never a live person to talk to and don't answer emails that are supposed to be answered 24/7. They received the wrong color board and said would reship in 24-48 hours. Nothing a week later. We need to do all we can to take these crooks down.
I purchase 2 hoverboards for Christmas presents for my kids. So upsetting and disgusting that this is going on. Will get authorities involved. Ordered on 11/30/16 and sent emails no response and no one answers phone call as well... Will dispute credit card and hopefully get money back. They must be stopped such BS...
I have made an order 8 days ago and have called twice and emailed twice and no response. I'm not sure where all the good reviews are coming in from. I've never had anyone answer the phone when calling. I ordered this for my daughter's birthday and have not heard if she will even ever get her present after all.
These people DISGUST me. This is a fraudulent website. Right here at Christmas, imagine how many kids will be disappointed when they get NOTHING. No one answers the "phone". No one returns an email. I hope they burn in hell with all the hard earned cash they screwed out of people. I have reported them as well!
Just as everyone else is writing, this company (or person) is a total scam. I can't believe after all of these complaints, that the website is still up and running. I would rate a 0, but that isn't an option! I was able to file a complaint with my bank and get my money back, so I would recommend that if you have purchased from this website, please contact your bank.
I ordered and paid for a board on 11/14. Finally got a tracking number. Called Fed. Express tracking... they said it was only a label number, but they had not been contacted to ship. My son's birthday is in 10 days and can't get any response from anyone at this place? I am beyond frustrated and I was so excited to give my son something he's been asking for - for over a year... and Now that I was actually able to purchase it, I have to deal with this? Unbelievable. This is criminal.
I'm getting really scared that I'm not going to get what I ordered. This is a Christmas gift for my son and he has his heart set on a gold one. I selected a gold one, but when I received my confirmation the invoice said black. I called the company multiple times a day for a week and emailed their "customer service" several times, but zero response. Then yesterday I received an email that my "black" hover board had shipped without any regard to my concerns. This company is total garbage!

You should be ashamed of what you are doing. A child saved his money to purchase is Hover Board. I've left several messages and called numerous times! Beyond Frustrated! I will do what is ever necessary to get his money refunded. This is a Scam!
In all I ordered 3 hoverboards and received all three. They all took about 2 weeks to arrive after placing the order. My only complaint is that I ordered one of them in the gold color and they sent me a black 1 without any explanation. Since they seem to be selling out everywhere I just decided to keep the black one instead of taking a chance of sending it back and being without. We have tried all three several times and they all appear to be of good quality.
The guy selling these is: jamil hindi in ft Lauderdale Florida. DO NOT BUY! SCAM! Not a true company, some guy just taking people's money. I disputed charge w bank and then cancelled my card so he could never have my number and charge me for anything again!
Some people spend all there money to make there child's Christmas unforgettable! This place does not care about that! It has been weeks and they still have not shipped my purchase! I have call 8 times and left messages, no answer! I have emailed 6 times, no response! This is so sad that people can get away with this! I'm hurt that this company would do this, this time of the year. I hope no more kids suffer from one less gift this year because they have no money to replace the gift they purchased from this awful business!
I ordered for my daughter for her birthday. They called to confirm shipping address, made the tracking label & that's it. This Friday 10/07/2016 will be 2 weeks since the label was made. I have called & e-mailed many times with no response. DO NOT WASTE your time or money with this company. Wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered.

Answer: You will not receive anything from this company because its a scam. The address doesn't even exist, its an empty lot. Check on the google maps, street view. I confirmed the empty lot when I called the Miami Police Dept and the city of Miami business authority... There are over 80 complaints at the BBB this month alone about this fraudulent company. His name is Jimmy Temkin and he is doing business under many other company names using the same address that does not exist. FIle a complaint with your bank and cancel any cards u gave them so they don't charge it again
