I ordered a haverboard for my daughter's birthday gift at the end of September. I've got a tracking number but actual shipment was delayed a little bit due to Hurricane Matthew. After the hurricane, they send us a hoverboard quickly and we are very happy with it. The company communicated with me nicely. I had a great experience with them. Thank you!

My son had his hoverboard for one week and it broke. They sent me a battery and did nothing else. It's still broken. Biggest waste of over $200. They don't care and will not help
I ordered a purple board in early November as a Christmas gift for my 14 year old son and experienced no trouble at all. I, however did not open the box until close to midnight on Dec 23rd. We received a pink one! The packing slip and all of my email communications showed purple. Thankfully my son thinks having a pink board is cool! I did attempt to call the company to voice my complaint at both numbers listed and was unable to get through. I am hopeful the board continues to function appropriately! So far, so good!

I had the same experience that other reviewers did. Unfortunately I bought before seeing these reviews.
Did anyone ever get their money back?
I am talking to my credit card company, and they suggested sending details to the RCMP (in Canada), who will perhaps declare the product counterfeit or the transaction fraudulent, thereby allowing the card company to get my money back.
We'll see how this works out.
Any success stories out there?
Dont by junk and no customer service response kids devastated by the lack of followup fixing the broken boards

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! We received the hoverboard for Christmas and it never worked. We've been trying to get in touch with them to replace it and no one responds. The email and chat online link don't work. There's no phone number in the US. We disputed the charge and they emailed us and said if we don't pay to send it back, they're sending us to collections. What kind of crap is that? So much for a warranty. So much for excellent customer service. They didn't even respond with a phone number to call them back. STAY AWAY... FAR FAR AWAY!

Hoverboard - didn't work new out of the box.
Do NOT purchase from this company. The hoverboard with minimal use only lasted 6 months. Just outside of warranty. In addition, their customer service is absolutely horrible. They do not answer the phone nor do they respond to emails, voicemails or live chat messages. This is not a COVID related issue it is an issue with an extremely poorly run company!
I purchased a bad out of the box off-road hoverboard. I tried to get an RMA for return and they avoid all emails and phone calls. I spoke with 2 people who said "someone would get back to me" with an RMA who never did. I emailed customer service 4 times requesting an RMA with no response. I'm disputing the charge with my Bank. I already purchased the same hoverboard from Amazon which is what I should have done in the first place. Don't purchase from them! Go to Amazon!
My hover boards yes we bough 2 and neither of them work. I have been calling, emailing, and texting with all numbers I could find for them and cant reach anyone. Its like after chrismas they up and closed there shop down and ran with whatever money they could take.

Do not buy from this company. They will charge your credit card the second you purchase something but will never ship it and will not communicate in any way about what is going on with your order. Be prepared to have your money stolen from you if you deal with this company
I was shipped the wrong color board. I ordered by RED board and my was delivered in less than 2 weeks... however, It is pink and for a boy so I have no choice but to return it. I did have difficulty getting through, but after about 2 hours the first time and 1 hour the 2nd time of redial, I finally got through. Both times I spoke with someone who was very apologetic and explained a training issue with labels was to blame. The first time I was told that I would receive a shipping label by email and my RED board will be mailed out immediately. I never recieved the email label so that is why I called a 2nd time. They confirmed everything that was said the first time and was very sweet and professional and again apologized. She stated my RED board was already on the way. I got the tracking number from her and sure enough that package is on the way. I was very upset too. But I have faith that I have been told the truth and that everything will turn out for the best. If not, I still say thank you for the customer services reps that were super sweet and friendly.
Charged card immediately. Said free shipping and sent day of order. My order(14 days later) still says "processing". So, it hasn't shipped. Can't get ahold of anyone. Was ordering for my 6 year olds birthday and it never came. Still trying to get ahold of ANYONE to cancel order. Going to have to deal with my cc company to try to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HOVERBOARD. COM.

My husband ordered 4 different colors then one more black. Got one then the other four. Opened them a few days prior to Christmas, the one was blue, all others black! Contacted company and found out they were shut down. Contacted our credit card co but still haven't heard back. No gift, no credit back, haven't let them be used. The four of them had no product info, boxed in brown generic boxes. Safety is the issue not only the money and disappointment
Although this website has had such a bad rap, we ordered two hoverboards from them. One of them came in the wrong color, and the other was the right order. These hoverboards have worked perfectly for us and have gave us no problems. That being said if we received the other hoverboard in the right color, it would be a good website to order off of.
I too placed an order on November 24, immediately had funds deducted from my account. After calling repetitively last week, a woman answered who was quite pleasant. She assured me I would get my product and did not understand why the fed ex shipping label had multiple tracking numbers attached. I have not received a new tracking number or new updated correspondence from them. I will be contacting my bank to file fraud charges. My son will be disappointed come Christmas morning
We placed an order on Feb 2018 for a hover board. I checked the delivery status one week later and it indicated the order had been delivered. But we never received this order! We called the customer service immediately and after numerous rounds of emails and calls within the following ten months, we still did not receive the order, nor did we get refunded!
Would b 5 stars but they never answered phones or emails. Ordered white board but got a red one... really glad they messed up cause this one is really great looking... they were honest in the disclaimer on website. Saying orders were running a few days late because of seasonal orders... anyway it arrived 3 days ahead of schedule... just b patient when u order. It will come...
Paid for battery they will not send. Everytime I call they act like they Care said would call back but never hear from them.
I ordered my hover boards on 11-15 and still nothing! After calling 100 times and got no response I have become scared! After reviewing the reviews I'm really scared! This is horrible! I just want my boards for my children's Christmas gifts. They had no problem taking my money the same day I purchased them but they sure can't deliver in a reasonable time frame. Can someone give me the number to the Atterneys generals office in Florida? This place is a scam and needs to be shut down!
I bought a hover board for my son for Christmas and ordered a gold one, however we got a white one. That didn't bother me though, but my son used it exactly one week and then the board just wouldn't cut on. I emailed the support two times and still no response and can't seem to get through to them on the phone. Do not buy from them... it's a scam and they are just disappointing our children!
I received the one I ordered. Just came in pink instead of gold. It works but the charger sent with it does not seem to fit. Does anyone else have this problem?
Do not waste your time with them! I own a retail business and I can say they have NO customer service! None! Nada! Not sure if they even speak or read in an american language since the colors came wrong just like the rest of you. The shipping label was printed on 11/28 and didn't begin to travel until 12/8. Yes they charged my card right away also! My Grandson bought this with his own money what a lesson!
I ordered 2 boards on 11/10, called 20 times left numerous messages with no reply, sent a dozen emails and eventually got a generic response about delays in shipping. Got an email stating order was complete on 11/25 and I'd get tracking number 'shortly'... never got it. Called my bank and disputed charge and bank refunded my money today. Please call your bank to dispute charge otherwise you may never receive the hover board or if you do it will either be wrong color or worse yet not work. Then what? Wait another month to receive a replacement?
