I had the same experience that other reviewers did. Unfortunately I bought before seeing these reviews.
Did anyone ever get their money back?
I am talking to my credit card company, and they suggested sending details to the RCMP (in Canada), who will perhaps declare the product counterfeit or the transaction fraudulent, thereby allowing the card company to get my money back.
We'll see how this works out.

Do not buy from this company. They will charge your credit card the second you purchase something but will never ship it and will not communicate in any way about what is going on with your order. Be prepared to have your money stolen from you if you deal with this company
My hover boards yes we bough 2 and neither of them work. I have been calling, emailing, and texting with all numbers I could find for them and cant reach anyone. Its like after chrismas they up and closed there shop down and ran with whatever money they could take.
Ordered hoverboard on 1-11-18. Advertise next day delivery. Was told I would receive an email to track delivery next day and did not. Called again on 1-17-18 and was told same thing but never received an email. Tried calling but only got a message.
Coworker looked up bad reviews and way too many people had horror stories so I contacted my bank who is now filing a fraud dispute. Did not want to wait to late and end up with no hoverboard or getting my money back
Charged card immediately. Said free shipping and sent day of order. My order(14 days later) still says "processing". So, it hasn't shipped. Can't get ahold of anyone. Was ordering for my 6 year olds birthday and it never came. Still trying to get ahold of ANYONE to cancel order. Going to have to deal with my cc company to try to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HOVERBOARD. COM.
Been nearly 3 weeks since i've ordered my gold board and all i've received is a damn invoice, no shipping updates or anything. I've emailed several

Do not waste your time with them! I own a retail business and I can say they have NO customer service! None! Nada! Not sure if they even speak or read in an american language since the colors came wrong just like the rest of you. The shipping label was printed on 11/28 and didn't begin to travel until 12/8. Yes they charged my card right away also! My Grandson bought this with his own money what a lesson!
I ordered 2 boards on 11/10, called 20 times left numerous messages with no reply, sent a dozen emails and eventually got a generic response about delays in shipping. Got an email stating order was complete on 11/25 and I'd get tracking number 'shortly'... never got it. Called my bank and disputed charge and bank refunded my money today. Please call your bank to dispute charge otherwise you may never receive the hover board or if you do it will either be wrong color or worse yet not work. Then what? Wait another month to receive a replacement?
Same experience as the others on the site regarding this company. I also Google Earth to see where this place is located. Lo and behold, it showed a residential neighborhood in a screwed up part of Miami. So be careful!
I too placed an order on November 24, immediately had funds deducted from my account. After calling repetitively last week, a woman answered who was quite pleasant. She assured me I would get my product and did not understand why the fed ex shipping label had multiple tracking numbers attached. I have not received a new tracking number or new updated correspondence from them. I will be contacting my bank to file fraud charges. My son will be disappointed come Christmas morning
This company and electricempireusa.com has same address and advertising same products after purchasing 3 I've only received 1 which was not what I ordered! After emailing an calling a 100 times still no response. This is heartbreaking to me but worst for my kids! Not only am I out of money now but without the gifts! People like you need to be in jail!

Would b 5 stars but they never answered phones or emails. Ordered white board but got a red one... really glad they messed up cause this one is really great looking... they were honest in the disclaimer on website. I ordered a purple board in early November as a Christmas gift for my 14 year old son and experienced no trouble at all. I, however did not open the box until close to midnight on Dec 23rd. We received a pink one! The packing slip and all of my email communications showed purple. Thankfully my son thinks having a pink board is cool! I did attempt to call the company to voice my complaint at both numbers listed and was unable to get through. I am hopeful the board continues to function appropriately! So far, so good!
We received our order fairly quickly - within 4 business days. The order was supposed to come with a carry case but it didn't come with one. We contacted customer service by email, and we had the case shipped. My son is very satisfied with his new hoverboard!
We ordered a hoverboard from them because of the three day delivery. Although it took longer than three days to get the hoverboard we ordered for our daughter, we did get it. She loves it and now my son wants one so I will be back to order one for him from this site. I just know to order well ahead of time. I placed my order on hoverboarder on November 26th. Haven't heard anything no answer no email back but I just received my tracking number so I'm hoping I received my board and the right color.
We placed an order on Feb 2018 for a hover board. I checked the delivery status one week later and it indicated the order had been delivered. But we never received this order! We called the customer service immediately and after numerous rounds of emails and calls within the following ten months, we still did not receive the order, nor did we get refunded!
This man stole money from 100's of kids at or around the Christmas season, including 200.00 from me for my daughter present. My bank will not refund the money. This man went as far to sell his condo and buy a new house on our dime. 2445 NW 31 CT OAKLAND PARK FL ******* Is now where he resides ripping people off. I found he has started and dissolved many business' since 2013 all ripping people off. He uses a fake virtual address to validate these business license. He was living right on the beach but I guess he decided to move when he was so easily tracked down. I have mailed him a letter requesting my money back to his new home he just purchased in January. If he doesn't refund me, then I will be making a police report.

Answer: You will not receive anything from this company because its a scam. The address doesn't even exist, its an empty lot. Check on the google maps, street view. I confirmed the empty lot when I called the Miami Police Dept and the city of Miami business authority... There are over 80 complaints at the BBB this month alone about this fraudulent company. His name is Jimmy Temkin and he is doing business under many other company names using the same address that does not exist. FIle a complaint with your bank and cancel any cards u gave them so they don't charge it again
