I already ordered before seeing these horrible reviews. I just want to know will I get my son's hoverboard before Christmas?

I have the same concern. I ordered a hoverboard 11 days ago and have not received a tracking number whatsoever. Called several times and have emailed twice with no response.
They debited my account INSTANTLY after buying it, therefore, I should not be waiting 11 days for an order to be shipped.
