Ordered a board, same story Christmas gift for my child & weeks later no answered emails or calls, bogus website & phone number. Reported them & see others have too! The are still up & running! Whate a shame!
I ordered my hover boards on 11-15 and still nothing! After calling 100 times and got no response I have become scared! After reviewing the reviews I'm really scared! This is horrible! I just want my boards for my children's Christmas gifts. They had no problem taking my money the same day I purchased them but they sure can't deliver in a reasonable time frame. Can someone give me the number to the Atterneys generals office in Florida? This place is a scam and needs to be shut down!
Don't waste your money on this company. They false advertise. They say shipout the next business day. I order on 11/7 and have not received a shipping confirmation yet. I tried calling for 3 days and got no response. I even tried emailing. No response. You can never get through on their line to speak to anyone. Horrible. Wish I read the reviews before ordering. I'm pissed
I purchased a hover board for my son. It took much longer than promised to arrive. When it finally arrived it was the wrong color, but my son decided to keep the product despite being the incorrect color. To make matters worse it does not work/will not charge. Despite multiple attempts to call or email the company they refuse to reply. I would recommend not doing business with this company.
I am still waiting on my hooverboard... no returned emails or phone calls. I am beyond pissed. I wish I would've read these reviews. I hope its here by Christmas. They were my kids gifts. Im so mad at myself.
Ordered on 12/5/16. First RED Flag... no confirmation email. Attempted multiple calls after 5 days. No answer, no returned calls. After reading all of these same stories. I called my bank, opened a fraud case, canceled credit/debit card. Bank issued me a full credit while investigating.
I purchased three hoverboards gold, Blue and purple. I did receive them but they were all black only one of them only work, one came on and won't charge anymore, and the other one won't come on at all. Pissed to find out they are closed when I sent email christmas eve trying to contact them. I will be contacting lawyer as well
I am really praying this can get resolved, as I am reading all the reviews I am terrified, we ordered 3 from this company and these are Christmas gifts as well, my heart is broken, we have called them as well with no response. I just pray of bank can do something for us!
Does any one know if the boards they sent out or safe or not? I have one and am now concerned. I had been trying to return it with no help from the company. Now, it can't be returned, but is it usable.
I am beyond pissed! This was suppose to be a Xmas gift for my daughter but now that's all down the drain! I ordered mine on 11/26/16 I received an email saying my product was shipped hahahaha! That was a lie my tracking number doesn't even exist! I been calling and emailing like crazy and I have not received a response to anything! I'm done calling I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company. It's a shame people like this are in this world!
This is my second review of this product because I would like to give an update. Now that we have had the hoverboard for over a month I would give it one star. Don't get me wrong it runs great. My son has a blast riding it. As I said in my first review, he got black instead of gold to start. Now add to that the fact that the plastic is not durable. It has cracked in quite a few places and doesn't look very good. My poor kid has been trying to hot glue, crazy glue, you name it, with no success. So if you want to spend $200 just for the ride and don't care when you get it or how it looks then I guess, go for it.
We placed an order on 11/16/2016. We sent several emails and tried to call them all with no response, Finally on 12/8/2016 the wrong item showed up, it also does not work. Still cant get any response from company. We are disputing the charge on the credit card from the fraudulent company! Stay away from them.
My daughter took $264 out of her saving account to order this. Never got it. Got several bs email that they are sending. Giving us fake FedEx notification. They never answer phone. They are simple fraud.
I ordered to boards on 11/4 cost $399 one blue, one red. 10 business days had past nothing updated that it had been shipped or anything. I called 10xs a day and emailed. When I got my invoice emailed to me by them the first receipt said one blue & one red. The next one I received was for 2 reds no big deal at this point I just wanted my boards. I finally came to realize this was a scam. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and with my financial institution. I got an email finally Friday saying my boards were in the process of being shipped. I received them today. Not what I ordered I was sent one PINK & one red. Mind you these are for 2 boys! I can't do anything with a pink board! This company needs shut down! I have emailed fo a refund many of times no response! DO NOT ORDER!
I ordered on 11-28-2016 and the website says 3 to 5 days before shipped out well my order still hasn't been shipped out and its been 2 weeks now and after several times trying to call daily and several daily email still no response from company. So now I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. Buyer Beware.
I ordered from this company a few weeks ago. It's say 3-4 day shipping and nothing. I've called and can't talk to anyone. I've emailed and no response. I ordered for my mother who is purchasing this for her granddaughter and haven't received a tracking number or nothing. I'm highly pissed and better hear something soon from this bs company.
Site is a lie. They say same day shipping and receive in 3 days. Ordered 11/28/16 and it is 12/11/16 and no product yet. Can't talk to anyone, phone picks up and you have to leave a message. They never call back. Sent 4 emails and they responded once and it said error when I clicked on the link. Reversing my transaction with my bank and turning them in to the BBB. Done trying to contact them.
I ordered a hoverboard and when I received it it didn't work at all. I called the number and left messages probably 20 times I've also sent 10 or more emails over the last couple weeks and have gotten no response. This company is a complete rip off!
I had ordered a Hoverboard back at the end of September. The site warned that there were delays due to the special offer pricing. After not hearing or receiving shipping information for a couple of weeks I emailed the company to check in. I quickly got a reply stating that shipments were delayed and mine would hopefully go out within the next couple of days, they also offered to send a refund if I was not able to wait. After another week I checked in on the status and they informed me that the board was being shipped out that day and they would give me a refund due to the delayed shipment. Even though we received the board much later than we hoped, the company was very quick and easy to work with when checking on the order. It is rare to find this type of customer service these days.
As all of the other customers wrote, I was scammed. Ordered on 12/2 and did not receive anything. I called my bank to file a charge back. The bank denied my request and said that "I willingly gave them the money." They were also very unhelpful and basically said I was $#*! outta luck. What do I do now? I need that money and they ruined my child's Christmas. I am a newly single mother of two and that is all my oldest daughter wanted considering we've had nothing but stress and strife this year. I haven't bought her anything this entire year.

Answer: You will not receive anything from this company because its a scam. The address doesn't even exist, its an empty lot. Check on the google maps, street view. I confirmed the empty lot when I called the Miami Police Dept and the city of Miami business authority... There are over 80 complaints at the BBB this month alone about this fraudulent company. His name is Jimmy Temkin and he is doing business under many other company names using the same address that does not exist. FIle a complaint with your bank and cancel any cards u gave them so they don't charge it again
