Purchase an electric bike from them (through a third party). The back tire had a flat. Called customer service (no answer). Still had a warranty on it, and they refuse to replace the tired.

I ordered a quad through target from them as a third party seller. They created a shipping so they could charge my card. Then canceled the shipment. But never notified target. So they not only pocketed my money but I have to explain to my kids that we get no quad. Target can't get me the money back because it shows in their computers that it's still on the way because the seller didn't report the cancellation. Even thought when you track shipment it says canceled. They are a scam! I've called, emailed, did the chat on their website and even target tried reaching them about the matter. No response.

They took my order for a replacement battery.tracking was false.never respond to emails.blocked my phone calls.twice I ordered.2nd time they cancelled the order.all I ever wanted was a replacement battery for my scooter.they took me through hell.now I'm stocked with a scooter I can't ride.dont buy these scooter because it's hard to get replacement parts.

I was silly and never got the extended warranty an after a year or so my back light started to get dim. Nothing to do with the product just my neglect. The guys at customer service were great helped me from the beginning to the end. IM A GLEARWHEEL CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

It works nothing else went wrong besides me trying to rewire it and if its possible for the company to send me eb-x5 controller diagram that would be amazing

Needed to replace a part on my scooter. Contacted Glare Wheel and there representatives assisted me with finding the right part and shipping the part in a timely matter. Excellent customer service.

Glare Wheel Electric Bike - EB-X5 was purchased in 2020 November. It's an awesome vehicle for persons like me (Middle Class Family - in Urban Area) My neighborhood street parking after 4:00 pm very arduous. After I purchased this ebike I've no worries. I save gas $30 every week. This bike is very easy to move around my area.
This electric bike maintenance is very easy. All accessories are easily available online from Glare Wheel Technology Company. Company provides one year warrenty for Motor and Battery. All the accessories are available online. Customer Services are excellent.
Eventually I my daily routine now easy with this Glare Wheel Electric bike EB-X5. Further I wish to state and recommend anyone interested to buy an electric bike go for GLARE WHEEL EBIKES AND SCOOTERS.
