I actually did receive mine. I ordered in October and received in November. I'm nervous though if it is safe. I remember reading the website that it was certified. No name brand. Manual has awful grammar and now I'm nervous. Any information would be greatly appreciative.
We ordered 2 hoverboards on 12/3/16. This company has not returned any of our emails or calls. They took payment soon after order place and here is is 12/12/16 and still we have not received any hoverboards. Everything on the website looks legit, but it's not! Buyer beware!
I ordered two hoverboards on 11/22/16. I am still waiting for them to come. I got a email saying my order was completed and that it was shipped out. I went to track my package at fed ex and it just says label created. It was suppose to have been here on 12/2/16 and nothing. I have called many of times and no one answers or returns my call. I've also emailed too and no response. I'm so worried I won't receive them. These are my children's Xmas gifts. I hope I can get my 400.00 back. Seeing all of the other reviews really makes me think I'm not getting mine. I thought this looked like a legitimate site but I guess not. Do not buy from hoverboard.com it's a scam I feel.
Ordered black hoverboard for my sons birthday with the impression that it would be fast shipping. We also received fed ex tracking # that showed order created but not shipped for 3 weeks. After multiple attempts to contact company we received an email from Jay who advised that shipping was delayed due to high demand. When it finally arrived 4 weeks later it was damaged with obvious signs of heavy use. It was missing a bumper, scratched all over, the battery didn't charge and obviously was not in NEW condition. We have been emailing and calling for the past week with zero response. What a disappointment.
My story is pretty much like everyone else... I ordered in November, followed up with company demanding a tracking number... they sent me one. Sent 12-2 that a FedEx label was made to track but nothing ever sent with that label. I lost $199.99 but my competly disappointment that someone specifically target parents with kids at Christmas time. Only true losers would take advantage of children at Christmas time. I could not order another board for my daughter because I am single mom and don't have money to just fix this. I really hope the person's doing this get caught for fraud and more.
I will never order from this company again! They talk a good game, falsely advertising same day shipping if ordered by 4 pm eastern time. We live in California, and made sure we ordered well before that time. All we have received is an automated email stating that there has been a delay in shipping, nothing else. No FedEx tracking number has been provided either. When you call the customer service number, you cannot get a live agent, rather a bs voicemail that isn't even returned. Emails are rather worthless too; I have sent 5, and no response yet. I contacted my card company to process a stop payment to find out that they have already finalized the purchase. Never again will I order from this company or refer anyone to purchase from them. $200 is a lot of money to be wasting. To sum things up, THIS COMPANY SUCKS! Any positive reviews are obviously fake.
They say it will ship in 3 days, try a full week! Not only did it arrive late, they sent the wrong item! I ordered purple, they send red. My kid was just happy it arrived so she settled for the red. It ran good the 1st day, she gets up the next morning and battery was low. The thing will NOT charge! Its been dead a full week. I have left numerous voicemails with the company because obviously no one answers their phone in customer service! There is NO customer service! I also emailed them several emails and STILL no response! I have one upset little girl on my hands. So I HIGHLY suggest that you do not throw your money away with this company. Better Business Bureau needs to get involved!
They got me to went 2 my online banking with pnc disputed got funds credit instantly reorded from swagtron. Fingers crossed we get it b4 christmas what makes it freaked up they have bogus reviews on the site
Looks legit after 3 weeks of marking shipped but only printing a label I went to my bank and they easily did a charge back from these guys. Filled out the online form, emailed them and multiple calls and no answers still this is now 4 weeks ago. Don't do it save yourself the headache!
On another note I ordered one for 200 from https://swagtron.com I looked into them first. They been in the Ellen show as well as other shows these guys are legit and have good products. Ordered mine on Thursday night it was shipped actuallly shipped on Friday and will be here Thursday. Hopefully this helps someone out.
I ordered my (2) hoverboards on 11/25/16. I've placed 3 telephone calls and left messages to return my call with my number, no return call. I've sent (3) emails to this company, NO Answers! The phone message you get is open Mon-Fri. 10-4, leave message same day call back, email us same day answer. If nothing today, I will cancel this order... 2 disappointed children...
I ordered a hover board on Monday Nov 28th. Only received an invoice with order number. They do not answer phones and one reply from an email I received provided a link which also didn't work and said access denied. Try searching my order number on their website and shows nothing! I called my credit card company disputing the charge and they are giving me temporary credit while they investigate. What a joke, now I have to wait for that money back and try to find another hover board to hopefully be delivered by Christmas! This site should be shut down!
Against my better judgement we took a chance on this site and ordered a board on 8/29/2016. It was supposed to be for a 9 year old's birthday present. Maybe we didnt conduct enough research because not only I am just recently seeing negative posts but we all seem to have similar experiences with this crap of a company. Seems we all got deliveries pretty recently too.
I was just about to reach out to officials to get my money back when FedEx delivered it today. I have been around the world in back with emails to this Jay person trying to get simple status updates. He snatched payment from my account the second I hit submit. We are clearly beyond the delivery date his site boasts about. I was given an invalid FedEx #. I was emailed numerous times with apologies and excuses... and I was NEVER able to get anyone on the phone. (I can recite the message by heart).
I am charging this thing as I socially vent. It better work or I will be posting again. This is not the way to do business.
My son had his hoverboard for one week and it broke. They sent me a battery and did nothing else. It's still broken. Biggest waste of over $200. They don't care and will not help
Has anyone ever received a board from here that works properly or is on time? I ordered a board Oct. 20th and finally received it the day before thanksgiving after a number of attempts to contact customer support. Their phone does not work and there was no response via email with the exception of a fed ex tracking number that did NOT leave their facility till 2 weeks later. When I finally received it it did not work. I called Glidecraft (which is the product they sell) and they told me they can't do anything about it because Hoverboarder is a different company that purchases from them. So they are sending me calibration instructions to try to get it to work. If your going to buy a board then go through Glidecraft as they actually return calls a week later. I would jump on any class action suit to bring against Hoverboarder as companies like this should NOT be in business. If anyone has a real corporate number please post it.
I ordered a board on Nov 8 2016, the money was taken out of my account the same day. Its Dec 8 2016 today and still no hoverboard. I will be notifying the federal government and intend to press charges so hopefully these people can be tracked down. If u already ordered from these bastards then notify your bank or credit card company asap and start taking steps to get your money refunded back to you.
Ordered a board for my daughter's birthday. That date came and went. We Waited, waited, waited... it never shipped. I emailed the company twice, called once and NEVER talked someone. Just got notification that they issued a refund. I never asked for a refund, I asked for it to be shipped and that I see movement on the tracking. This place has horrible customer service. Especially the fact you never talk to a person either through email or phone. Guess we'll see if I actually get my money back.
I purchased hover board for my grandson. Worked for about 5 days then suddenly stopped. It also started smoking so they hade to take it outside. I also ordered blue and ended up with silver but was not really upset over the color because my grandson loved it. Must be something that can be done if this has happened to so many people.
We order the Hoverboard on 11/20. Received email that order has been shipped via FedEx on 11/25. To be delivered late afternoon on Tuesday, 11/29. NO delivery. Then status on FedEx tracking was changed to "pending" for delivery, what does that mean? I've called hover boarder.com and had to leave a message because they are experiencing high volume (wonder why?) and I emailed (no response). Their website says they are not delivering the promised 2 day, it is a 5-7 day delivery... well my delivery was is still more.
If I could rate zero I would. I too ordered a hoverboard on 11-26-16, received order confirmation and then a fed ex tracking number so I thought I was golden. Nope... the status still days label created and it been 5 days since I've gotten the email. Dr
FedEx doesn't work like that. Buyer beware, you will not get your hoverboard! I've contacted my local police dept, the police in Miami as well as the BBC and my bank.
Ordered a Hoverboard 11/29/2016 for a Christmas present. 12/12/2016 emailed, called and nothing in return. Went to get on website last night was not working. Called did a dispute with my credit card. Today 12/13/16 go on site to see its been ceased. Was told might be 60 days for my money to go back on card! If going to order from any company please do your homework i just learned my lesson!

I confirmed the empty lot when I called the Miami Police Dept and the city of Miami business authority... There are over 80 complaints at the BBB this month alone about this fraudulent company. His name is Jimmy Temkin and he is doing business under many other company names using the same address that does not exist.
