Look if you've been scammed by Jimmy Temkin at Hoverboarder.com you need to call the Miami PD hotline *******111 as soon as possible and report this business as fraudulent. I have already spoken with them and the Florida Secretary of State.

This is still and active LLC under the Florida State Divison of Corporations. The more people that call and report, the more serious they will take it. He was not shut down be the US CSPC, I called the US Consumer Product Safety Commission and they've heard of this scam already and said they have nothing do with him closing that he's just using that as a cover up.

THIS IS MY SECOND MESSAZGE I GOT SCAMMED AS WELL SO I CONTACTED NEWS CHANNEL 4 AND THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE FEDERAL TRADE OFFICE AND FILE A COMPLAINT AS WELL AS YOUR; LOCAL OAG AND THE COMPANY OPERATES OUT OF FLORIDA SO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE FLORIDA STATES ATTORNEY ONLINE HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL

I was shipped the wrong color board. I ordered by RED board and my was delivered in less than 2 weeks... however, It is pink and for a boy so I have no choice but to return it. I did have difficulty getting through, but after about 2 hours the first time and 1 hour the 2nd time of redial, I finally got through. Both times I spoke with someone who was very apologetic and explained a training issue with labels was to blame. The first time I was told that I would receive a shipping label by email and my RED board will be mailed out immediately. I never recieved the email label so that is why I called a 2nd time. They confirmed everything that was said the first time and was very sweet and professional and again apologized. She stated my RED board was already on the way. I got the tracking number from her and sure enough that package is on the way. I was very upset too. But I have faith that I have been told the truth and that everything will turn out for the best. If not, I still say thank you for the customer services reps that were super sweet and friendly.

I ordered a hover board in November for a Christmas present for my daughter. The money was taken out of my account and never received the hover board. I tried contacting the phone number listed but could never talk to a live person, just a recording. I also sent several emails with no response. Now, at the last minute I find myself out of money and no hover board. This place is a scam and I do not recommend anyone buy anything from this place. Shame on you for taking advantage of people. MOST IMPORTANTLY I LOST TRUST IN GOOGLE I SELECT ADVERTISE CAMPAIGNS BECAUSE I KNOW THAT THESE CAMPAIGNS ARE PAYING GOOGLE TO ADVERTISE THEIR WEBSITES! SO, THE WEBSITE RIPS US OFF AND THEY WIN AND GOOGLE KEEPS GETTING PAID EVERYTIME WE OPEN THEIR CAMPAIGN. I BELIEVE THE GOOGLE SHOULD TAKE THEIR CAMPAIGN DOLLARS AND REIUMBURSE THE VICTIMS OF THIS ADVERTISED WEBSITE AND REMOVE IMMEDIATELY FROM GOOGLE! WE NEED TO STAND TOGETHER AND FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS TO BE REIUMBURST. PLEASE COPY THIS AND POST IF YOU AGREE. THANK YOU!
