I ordered two hoverboards on 12/6/16 and never got them. Last night 12/12/16 I found this website. Today I reported this to my bank, and they are maki g a report. I had to write up a statement for bank, and I decided to try to look at the website again. I was so happy when I looked, they have been busted my the CPSC, united states consumer product safety commission. Woot Woot
I should have read these reviews before I ordered from them. My review is just like so many of yours. I ordered my hoverboard on the 18th of October... I just got it. Surprise! It's not the gold one that I ordered and got an email confirmation on, no it's a lime green one. I am so very angry. No one answers the phone and trying to email them is a joke. I have no idea what I am going to do with this 200.00 mistake.
My 12 year old daughter has wanted a hoverboard for over a year. She saved her money and was so excited to find one on this website for $199.99. We ordered the "Classic Hoverboard" in white. The product description on the invoice I received specifically noted that the ordered item was Hoverboard brand, white in color. After 2 weeks, the item was delivered. The brand was "Swagway", the color was "garnet" and it was covered in scratches and dents. The box it came in had two other labels on it, both addressed to the company and from 2 different individuals - it looked like two other customers had ordered and then returned the item and then they just sent it out to us! I have left a voice message and sent an email and have not gotten a response. I am hoping to be able to send it back without having to pay for shipping. I would NOT recommend purchasing from this company.
I bought a blue hoverboard fro my daughter as a christmas gift, not only did the box it was shipped in look like it fell off the back of a truck but once i opened the shipping box i found that the actual box had a huge hole in it like it was stabbed by the forklift and the hoverboard was white not blue like I had ordered. I took photos and attached them to the email I sent off (you have a better change of hitting the lottery weekly then getting someone to answer the phone during there business hours) I received a Fed Ex shipping label and r5eturned the product with the promise that a new one would be sent out in 24-48 hours. Needless to say they have there product back and my money and I still don't have my hoverboard. I sent it back 3 weeks ago and have fired off 3 emails and yet to get a response. If your thinking about buying ANYTHING from this business DON'T. You are better off paying more and getting a decent product from a reputable company. Lesson Learned.
So, I placed an order on Hoverboarder to request a hoverboard for my son's Birthday. I did receive a product but it did not work nor did it include all of the required equipment. I reached out to the customer service number and email on my order and was instructed to send the item back and a replacement would be sent. I sent the replacement back and was emailed and told a replacement would be shipped out on August 24,2016. It is now September 8,2016 and I have called several times and emailed several times requesting an update on my replacement only to be ignored. I am feeling like I was scammed now and my son still has not received his birthday present also.
I ordered 2 hoverboards on 11/13/2016 I still have not received them, I have called I have emailed I have got nothing back in response from them. I have requested my money back I have not received money or no response, I made complain't with Florida attorney generals office and also contacted my credit card company! It will be a waiting process to get my money back but after reading reviews And having to deal with this company I think it's best to go elsewhere!
I ordered a board for a bithday on the 9th. His birthday was the 22nd so I thought I would have plenty of time. I know the site says it ships the same day but then also says there is a delay and might take 1-3 more days. Even if that were true I would have had my board now. They send a FedEx number that says invalid. Ive emailed and now and they just said sorry for delay because of sale it's taking longer. My board has still not shipped out! This is the worst site. I emailed them and told them about how bad their reviews were and how I wish the reviews were or before I ordered but they weren't. Then all a sudden the next day they have 5 new reviews that are all 5 stars?! They obviously write their own reviews. They now will not email me back. This site is $#*! and so is the customer service. I'm filing a claim tomorrow to see if I can get my money back! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!
I ordered a white hoverboard on 11/10. I received an email stating that my order was processing. Two weeks later I received an email that it was complete. I never received a shipping notification. Finally on November 30th I received the hoverboard but it was red not white. We will see on Christmas if it works.
I ordered 2 Hover boards 1 Gold and 1Blue and they sent me 2 Blue ones instead and the box said Gold on it and everytime u try to call them no one ever answers the phone or email. This $#*! is ridiculous Bad Customer Service
You will get the product in about 3 weeks. And if it turns out you do not want the hoverboard anymore or are in a pinch and need your money back this company will try to screw you over. I ordered a board on about the 26th of September. Received the package the 11th of October. Decided I no longer wanted the board, so I made an agreement to ship the thing back. They will pay for the return label. Since I filed a dispute with my bank on the purchase this crap company agreed to give a refund. Got my refund on the 16th of October. Two days later they charged my card again. Another dispute filed and they now will not respond to emails. Be careful this company is shady.
THEY WILL NOT CALL BACK OR RESPOND. ITS 3 WEEKS OF NO RESPONSE AND CAN ONLY REACH AN ANSWERING SERVICE. THIS SEEMS LIKE A SCAM AND I WOULD STAY AWAY.

I ordered on 11/24/16 & received shipping info on 12/1 only to state that a label was created for Fed Ex by "Anonymous". I've called but no one will answer or return my calls. Emails are be returned as "undelivered". This company needs to be shut down. Next week I will file with the Florida Attorney General. Though there a 1 or two issues with my order, they were very good about it and kept in touch with me. They made sure I always knew what was going on. I recommend buying from them.
I got ripped off also. Paid 399.00 for monster hover board four weeks ago and still have not gotten it. Emailed them and called them. No response as of yet
I ordered hoverboard for my son for xmas and now Im out my money. Their website says that we have to dispute charge with cc wtf why should I have to do that if you dont have the product u should just refund my damn money. Cc company says it can take up to 10 business days which is past xmas. Im sooooo freakin pissed
I ordered a hoverboard for my daughter's 8th Birthday. It cleared in my account immediately, when it wasn't here after 10 days I started calling and emailing hoverboarder.com they did respond saying it was coming. Which it eventually did after 2 weeks. But it was the wrong color and then after the initial charge the charger stopped working. I then called and emailed the company again like 20 times. I even got someone on the line once and after saying they'd help me they put me on hold then disconnected me. And still days later I have called and emailed multiple times with no response. I definitely think this company is scamming people.
I ordered my son a board for xmas... then like a idiot looked at reviews after... it was too late... if you go on google maps and type in address it shows a EMPTY LOT WITH TWO CARS PARKED IN IT IN SOME NEIGHBORHOOD! I called bank filed a fraud claim and cancelled my debit card... also no one ever answers when you call
I ordered with them on Dec 2 and no activity also wrote many emails and tried to call always voice message. This seems like scam reviewed website for scam and it has very low rating for valid due to age of website. Also now their website is down. I called my Credit card company and disputed transaction they are not getting money for free sure. The dispute will take money out of their bank within 24 to 48 hrs. SO IF YOU HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM DON'T WORRY JUST CALL CREDIT CARD COMPANY THE PHONE NUMBER IS BEHIND CARD AND ASK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE. MONEY MAY BE HELD FOR FEW DAYS BUT IT IS NOT GOING TO THEM.
Man I wish I had done my research. If I had read all of these comments ahead of time I would have NEVER ordered from this company. I placed my order on oct. 27th and have not received it. I emailed after 5 days of not even a confirmation number. Nothing. I called. Nothing. Voicemails. Nothing. It says 3 days shipping but due to "high order volume" 3-7 days longer. I can understand that. But it's been 3 weeks now and none of my calls or emails are being responded to. This was for my boyfriends birthday that was on the 10th and I didn't have a gift for him! The date that I was told it was supposed to arrive has changed 3 times already. This reaks of fraud and I will definitely be contacting BBB. If you have ordered from this company keep an eye on your bank account! With everyone else's comments this sounds like such a scam! I'm so disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism.

I confirmed the empty lot when I called the Miami Police Dept and the city of Miami business authority... There are over 80 complaints at the BBB this month alone about this fraudulent company. His name is Jimmy Temkin and he is doing business under many other company names using the same address that does not exist. FIle a complaint with your bank and cancel any cards u gave them so they don't charge it again
