Overall good service. Ordered a hoverboard with speakers but they accidentally sent the wrong one. Contacted the company and they refunded the difference. I liked how they contacted me to verify my purchase. The hoverboard I got appears to be good quality no problems yet.
Order hoverboard on December 2nd they took the money from my account on December 4th have not received a hoverboard or anything contacted them through email telephone with nothing check today on their website and their website has been closed down... im guessing i got scammed!
Like many of you, the receiving of the hover board was a headache. Once it finally arrived it was the right color and it works great. It was a great deal, I mean a hover board for $200 is awesome. If the company can fix their shipping promise to the realistic timeine they would get 5 stars from me
Ordered hoverboard on hoverboarder.com on 11/17 didn't receive until 12/3. It was the wrong color, wrong, brand. Wasn't even a product sold on the site. Upon researching the product I did receive it was in the recall list due to the lithium ion battery that can overheat causing fire or electric shock. This was a Christmas present for my granddaughter who is 9 years old and I would not suggest anyone to use this product even if you consider keeping it. This can be very dangerous for children to ride on. This site is a scam, you cannot contact or get replies via email or by phone. Took my money as soon as I ordered the product and it's been almost a month now. Will be notifying the attorney generals office and FBI. This site is scamming people for their money and giving out faulty recalled products!
Just like everyone else... I ordered on Nov 14th. Got email on the 25th that my order was processed but it would take 1-3 days for it to go out to FedEx and that I would get a confirmation number when it did. NO confirmation, NO Hoverboard, No return calls or emails. $200 down the drain and going to have one very sad son come Christmas morning!
My daughter has been begging for a hoverboard for months, finally we bought her one for her birthday and she hasn't gotten off of it. She loves it and we do too, its been great exercise. She hasn't sat down since her hoverboard arrived. Hoverboard is definitely worth the cost, it's paid for itself!
I ordered a hooverboard through this company. The shipping took a long time. I received the wrong hooverboard. I have called and emailed without response back. I then sent the hooverboard back to them, paid for the shipping back. Now i am unable to reach anyone by phone or email and they have my returned hooverboard and my money. It is a terrible company to deal with for any problems and i will have to continue to spend time teying to find a resolution to this problem. I would not recommend this site at all.
I ordered a gold hoverboard on 11/14. I got a black hoverboard on 12/3. Gold was not even an option of colors that this hoverboard comes in. Also, it was an Airwalk Hoverboard which is on the recall list from last year so I'm very leery. At least the hoverboard works (for now) and it got here before Christmas. After reading all the other reviews, I am grateful that I ever got it at all. The telephone number is a joke. My numerous emails went unanswered for weeks at a time. Never again!
I bought one of these for my son's birthday. It was a little late getting here and I knew that going in from the website.
Hoverboard arrived and works GREAT! I got a great deal, my son could not be happier. They gave me a 6 mo. Extention on warranty for shipping delay. Overall a good experience and good company. I would recomend them to anyone who wants a great product at a great price, order a little earlier than you need it and be patient, It will get there and your kid will love it. You will enjoy the savings, these things were over 350 bucks at the mall for the SAME EXACT hoverboard. Don't pay more, order from these guys. (hard to get them on the phone but real fast to reply to emails)
Ordered from this damn company back in late sept 2016. I Didn't get my order until late October2016, only because I emailed and left several messages that i received my board in a few days only to have them send the wrong color. I called a number that doesn't work. And the company refuse to respond to your emails and the phone number is a none working number. BUYER BEWARE!
I placed an order it was cancelled. They wouldn't proceed with my order because I wanted it shipped to a different address than what my billing address is. Just an fyi Fed ex doesn't deliver to a Po box. Thats why I chose a different shipping address. I've called numerous times and emailed. Never can I speak to anyone

I ordered a purple hoverboard and received a black one that does not work. After youtubing I decided we would try to fix it only to come to find out the screws that they use are also garbage and could not get it open. Sent several emails to see if I could return it and get another one no response yet
Ordered a board from hoverboarder.com and received it wrapped it up for a Christmas present. My son opens it and the board works properly for a few hours and then it never works again. I bought my daughter a Hoverboard for her bday wich is January 9 right after Christmas spent 200 and never got it. Anyone that can do this to children are some really messed up people. And my bank didn't give me my money back cause they said It had been to long well the only reason I was waiting was because they kept sending emails saying it was coming and then sent me a Fed ex number I even went off on Fed ex because I thought they lost it. But no I was lied to once again this company is completely full of $#*! and all of you that work there can go to hell.
I ordered a hoverboarder and a bag on November 7th. I normally never order from unknown websites unless I can pay with PayPal, I don't know what I was thinking! I call every single business day at least 25 times a day, never have reached a person. I leave a voicemail onced a day and email every day and no response, no hover board or bag, but they have my money! I called my bank and nothing can be done until 45 days then we can dispute the charge and then it can still take 30 days to get money back. I plan to call local news stations surrounding where hoverboarder is based out of in FL and let it be known to see if they can show up and talk to them about their fraud!
I placed my order on 11/09/16 here it is 12/04/16 and still waiting on my item. How can they send you a order number and have no order update? It took two weeks to tell me that my order has been processed then after that they send an email saying my item has been sent to fedex with a tracking number and when i called fedex all they say is it waz just a label created and nothing had been sent to them. Going to the poilce station tomorrow..
After reading all the reviews after I purchased the board I was so scared that nothing would come. I didnt care at this point if the color was wrong I just didn't wanna get scammed. And needed it before Christmas. I ordered it on 11/3 it finally came yesterday and was the correct color and seems to work fine... thank God!

I confirmed the empty lot when I called the Miami Police Dept and the city of Miami business authority... There are over 80 complaints at the BBB this month alone about this fraudulent company. His name is Jimmy Temkin and he is doing business under many other company names using the same address that does not exist. FIle a complaint with your bank and cancel any cards u gave them so they don't charge it again
