I order my boards on Oct. 26,16 and only received on one board Nov. 14. I've called emailed and sen emails. But, NO response... I wish I had read these emails sooner...
Paid for battery they will not send. Everytime I call they act like they Care said would call back but never hear from them.
I ordered on 11/26/16 received an email the next day with an order number and it says processing I have tried to call them from the time they open till the time they close they don't never answer their phone calls they don't return phone calls I had emailed them several times and have not received an email back I have put in my order number to track it and Order can't be found so be smart and do not order from these people I will be turning them in today and I'm hoping that I get my money back this was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter

If you ordered from Hoverboarder.com STOP READING this right now. Call your credit card company and dispute the charge immediately. The credit card companies are aware of the problem and will support you. They will ask you for your email sales receipt. As long as you have waited the 3-5 day shipping window, Hoverboarder.com has defaulted on the sale and must issue a refund. But let the credit company get your money for you, don't wait on these guys. You are under no obligation to accept the product and it is on the company to prove that they shipped within the advertised window. My money was refunded instantly and I've already ordered from another site. You are not out your money and there's still time for you to get your Christmas present, but not from this place.
Just like me, you goofed, clicked on the add and ordered without researching. So learn from me now what we both should have learned BEFORE we ordered. Accept your mistake and move on. Don't waste time reading more reviews or hoping that you will get lucky. Don't think that you or your circumstances are special. You've been scammed. They have an F rating with the better business bureau and there are literally hundreds of online complaints. They will not return your calls and email responses are worthless. When you're done, file a complaint with Google so their add gets pulled.

I ordered a board on 10-25-16 and the website did state it would be 3-5 days before they could ship due to high orders. After 7 days had gone by and we still had not received a shipping confirmation I sent an email to the company. They responded quickly to the first email stating my order was being prepared to ship. I received a Fed Ex tracking number with a delivery date of 11/8/16. We waited for the package to arrive on 11/8/16 and of course it did not. I contacted Fed ex and they told me a shipping label was created however the company never sent Fed Ex the product. I immediately started trying to contact the company and after 6 emails, 6 voicemail messages not one person has tried to contact me back regarding my order. It has now been 17 days after my order was placed and I have no idea if the order is being shipped or we were just scammed! They are running a very unprofessional business. My son is devastated, this was his birthday gift. We are just waiting in hopes it will come I guess...
IT is ok hover boards are great but the shipping options are not you will receive it in 2 weeks but you have to send them emails and emails and then they ship it.

My son picked out the hoverboard he wanted for Christmas. This site was the only one who had the gold color he wanted. I placed my order on 12/2 and my debit card was immediately charged for $199. Upon doing some more research (which I should've done in the first place but wanted to get the board my son wanted) I found this review website and started to panic, thinking I too would get charged and items would never arrive. I called and emailed repeatedly (ALL day from their open to close time) and of course received no response. I contacted my bank on 12/5, who informed me the charges were (at least) still pending but had to wait til they went through to file a dispute. Two days later my bank called saying the charge had "dropped off" meaning the transaction was never finalized. Today I received an email from "hoverboarder.com customer service" that due to high order volume, my order could not be processed. I am assuming they got caught scamming people and the site was shut down. This was the best possible outcome for me but I feel sorry for the people who actually did get scammed, received the wrong merchandise, and especially the CHILDREN who will not get what they wished for. Just terrible that people/websites like this exist :(
I ordered 2 boards on 11/9 they charged my credit card 11/10 but I'm still waiting on my boards, like all of you I called repeatedly and I emailed and no reply, I contacted my credit card company, they called and got no answer but they got a email that was sent to me that I didn't get stating my order but no shipping info, I called and finally spoked to someone who assure me that my order is being shipped that they were waiting on fed-ex and that I'll get a update by the end of the day but when I checked everything was gone, it stated that there was no record of my order and the previous link read a error message I'm praying that it comes
I placed a order with them on November 21 and I received all 3 of my boards... 2 of them came this past Friday and the last one just came TODAY... I had called and called and called and emailed and emailed and emailed them and I for what I ordered... all of them are the wrong colors and one of them shuts off eveeytime it hits a bump or something but the other 2 are fine... just keep leaving messages and emails and you will receive your product...
