Will never use them again. Also found it 25% cheaper online. They markup and do nothing but refuse to provide any service. Buyer beware.
Bought on the site, I highly recommend to buy every things that you need and share your feeling with us
Hangers were very small and would definitely not hold men's clothing. The return was simple but I'm still waiting for my refund.
I'm never ordering from them again! Customer service is not helpful and didn't even try to resolve the issue.
Houzz puts up a good front but after getting in bed with them we quickly realized we've been ripped off.
These people are either totally incompetent or shameless liars. You should run, not walk away from Houzz.
Have a great experience with your company. Ordered delivery and no regrets. All items came in the best condition
We ordered an area rug for our dining room from Houzz (approx. $700) and it was scheduled for delivery on 11 April. One of us was home the entire day waiting for the delivery, but the rug was not delivered. After we called Houzz customer service, they said they would arrange for another date for delivery and they would contact us with the information regarding the delivery. That was the last we heard from them. We had to call Houzz customer service 6 times and of course they were full of apologies, but I didnt want an apology, I wanted the rug. Each time we called them they assured us that someone would call us to verify the delivery date/time. Not once, did anyone from Houzz ever call us with any delivery information, so it was up to us to do the detective work to track down our rug. The most pathetic call was to a Houzz rep who told us the rug was scheduled for delivery on 11 April. That wouldnt have been so pathetic, but it was 16 April when he said this. I provided 3 email addresses and 4 phone numbers, but they didnt use any of them to provide information regarding our delivery. Finally, today, I was told the rug would be delivered between 2-4PM and that the delivery driver would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. I was assured they had my cell phone number, and they did, but nobody called prior to arriving at my house. About 1:15 a truck pulls up in front of the house with the rug, at which time the delivery guy asked me to give him a hand carrying it in. Once we got the rug to the front porch, I unwrapped the dirty outer plastic wrapping and asked if he could take that with him, and he replied, No, and had me to sign the delivery paper and was on his way. Ive dealt with terrible companies over the years, but Houzz is absolutely the worst ever. Well never do business with them again.

On February 1, I had a long telephone conversation with Lauren at Houzz trying to get our "Pro+" account canceled. She sent me an email stating that she will "put in a request to cancel your Pro+Marketing Program" and "you will no longer be billed by Houzz". Well on February 20th Houzz charged our credit card $150.00. I immediately emailed Lauren. She replied "the request to cancel your subscription on 2/1 was approved." She had to follow up with the billing team to request a refund. This morning I received an email requesting that I sign the "Early Termination Pro+ Cancellation Request" to formalize the agreement. But the agreement states that "you agree to pay an early-termination fee equal to the lesser of (i) four (4) months of fees for early-terminated Services" which Lauren on February 1 agreed to waive. Houzz continues to operate when they treat their "Pro+" members so poorly. They continue to operate by hard selling companies to join and then never letting them leave without harsh financial penalties. My recommendation, DO NOT JOIN, BUY, OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY WAY WITH A COMPANY THAT MAKES IT NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LEAVE ONCE YOU FIND OUT IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY. THAT'S WHAT SCAMMING IS ALL ABOUT.
This company deserves a negative rating. Do not join as a professional. Our office manager was talked into joining this organization. We haven't received one lead and we have been trying to cancel our contract for two years. We are now going to take this to an attorney. They are that bad. Our account representative Shivali is the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE REP I've had to deal with in years... * If she gives you a call, hang up fast, she will yell and argue, she is rude and disrespectful, and a liar. In my opinion this organization could be a marketing scam.

I ordered a wedding present from Houzz. Houzz terrible customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. My purchase was for a drop dead date of a wedding. I began contacting them on the 16th of June with a call to customer service number asking if I ordered the item that day if it would arrive on time. I left a message, and there was a recorded message saying that someone would be back with me within 24 hr. I never got any response. I called again on the 18th and again no response. I finally posted a message on the web site on the 20th asking that the package be delivered at my sister's house in California, since it would not arrive before I left for her house a couple of days before the wedding. I got an answer back saying I would need to pay more postage to have it shipped there. I responded asking how much extra postage. No one responded till the 23rd, three more days of waiting. Someone called me from customer service and I asked that the package be shipped. They promised that they would be in touch with the shipping department and would get back with me once the package had shipped. I didn't hear anything more till the 30th, and the package still hadn't been sent. I outlined all the efforts I had made and that the delay was the fault of Houzz, and that therefore the package should be shipped the fastest possible way. Finally, on July 1, the package was shipped, UPS ground. The wedding came and went, and the package didn't arrive in time. Needless to say, I will NEVER, NEVER order from Houzz again. Heidi
15 x 15 corner to corner and, with the synched wist, you get a small looking pillow. Quality good, size not so much
Hi,
Thank you for providing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the pillow you received. Pillow dimensions refer to the pillow cover width and length while lying flat unstuffed and are rounded up to the nearest whole inch. If you need assistance, please visit us at help.houzz.com.

We are a business signed onto Houzz... had the worst experience. There are many people who know how to play the game, how to scam companies and I have to say Houzz helps promote that. First of all Houzz earns a great profit off of the sale. However, Companies BEWARE be prepared to lose money. You know the saying "The customer is always right" Well Houzz allows that to apply to the professional scammers. We had a customer place an order, receives the order and then calls Houzz stating he did not get the correct order only received two little boxes. Houzz contacts us and states they will refund the customer unless we can prove he in fact received his shipment. We spent hours researching as well as working with the manufacturer where the products are purchased from, also requested the customer to take pictures of the packages with shipping labels. We contacted the shippers and got proof of the weighed shipment as well as the customers signatures, the customer sent us back labels that were ripped off and portions of some of the tubbing he used. Houzz gave us a date to get this info together or they would issue the refund. We provided all the proof and was clear the customer received all of his order and his correct order. Houzz had us jump through hoops and all for nothing. Next morning we received an email stating they refunded the customer. Not only did we not get our product back that the customer has and is using. We are out $3,000 dollars. I want you to know this is not just some disgruntle business person as we work hard to provide excellent customer service and if we were wrong we are happy to refund or make it right. However, we will know raise our prices to the max and if a customer wants something they will pay for it. I guess what we are saying is we don't care if we sell anything on Houzz. Houzz stated we can't do that! They now think they can also tell you how you will run your business... Again if your are signing up with Houzz you may want to think twice. I want to also say as a business owner and a customer I will never shop Houzz again. I also would have given them a Zero rating but its not offered.
This website hacked and stole my data to be listed on the black web. Be VERY CAREFUL downloading the app. And beware of their site in general!
Thanks for reaching out. Houzz began notifying affected users on January 31,2019. We've prepared an FAQ that may help answer questions for you: http://bit.ly/2DtoOuT
I ordered a pair of lamps on February 26th and they were delivered within a week! They have a great selection of items.
I am employed by a major national brand manufacturer and I oversee the Houzz account. Knowing the inner workings of Houzz and their mismanagement (or lack) of a pricing strategy, we commonly see Houzz price products in such a manner that often provides them 200-300% mark-up on products. This makes them extremely uncompetitive and come across as an extremely greedy marketplace. Houzz also experiences EXTREME turnover in regards to it's vendor account representatives, in one year we have had 3 different reps and each on is only interested in funneling our products into a "Trades" program. In this program, they demand better pricing than what they're already receiving for 'Direct to Customer' orders. Remember I mentioned that they have a "lack of" a pricing strategy? When Houzz comes to manufacturer, the only guidance they provide for acceptable pricing is "we just ask that you provide us with your best price possible", which is a joke, and then to place the products into the "Trades" program they demand an additional 5-10% off of their price of the "best price possible". Their pricing tactics hurt brands and it becomes completely unfeasible and unrealistic when you're aiming at "hypothetical" figures only to have them boost the price to the consumer MILES above the MSRP that other sales channels are able to sell and ship the product for.
I have one word about the Houzz culture and mentality: "UNETHICAL".
Houzz is unethical to their customers, and suppliers. Unless the company changes extremely fast we will never offer another product to the company due to their mismanaged ethics. Speaking in dollars and sense: Houzz has failed to show suppliers that they're serious about being a valuable retail partner as shown how they've chosen to price products to the consumer. At this point we can not justify the $ to on-board any further products with the company due to the failed strategies that impact manufacturer's bottom line.
Hello my name is France Fitzgerald and I have placed many order from you. I have love the items and the service that was provided. My current order number is ************** for a bed. I placed this order over a month ago. I am ordering this bed for my mother that is 90 years old. We are bring her to Michigan from California on May 01,2018 due to health issues. The item received was a full size bed not a queen size bed. The houzz staff verified that I order a Queen bed. Your service department and Don required we send pictures the first time of the size (with) of the bed and the next time the boxes we received with the bed in that state the dimensions. We have sent both but, due to our age 72 and 75 we have no knowledge of how to do this. We had to pay people to help us well with sending the required documentation and to set the bed up and take it down. We now have the bed wrapped back up in the original packaging and ready to be returned. We have a reprehensive at your company named Don we have not heard from him since the prior week and I have called and email with no response this week. I have let him know my situation with no compassion that he share with us or even an update.
I am just not receiving the service I need to have. This has gone on too long. Would you please be so kind and tell me what steps to take or who I need to contact ASAP. As stated we have been trying to return the bed for 3 weeks and we thought receive a new one. As stated no word in over a week from *.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Please contact my husband first and I second.

I have remodeled homes and businesses. Houzz is always my inspiration. The shopping division is easy and top notch. I will always be a Houzz fan.
If you are bored and looking for extra stress, and enjoy poor customer service, false advertisement and indefinite wait, Houzz is perfect for you and highly recommended. On 7/22/21 purchased Smoothed Aged Copper Panel King Headboard via Houzz online website. Order #: xxxxxxx-4081. Estimate Delivery date: July 31 - Aug 3 via FEDEX. On 7/30/21, Houzz website order history showed this headboard was still not shipped. I called Houzz x3 but was on hold 20-30 minutes each time then the line got disconnected. I made an attempts to via website but auto robot assist provided only auto template information that would be useful only for a person who suffers from hypotension and needs quick blood pressure boost. On 8/2/21 after MULTIPLE attempts (total of 75 minutes waiting), I was finally able to contact a person ("ivan"). "Ivan" was not able to provide any information however sent me a scripted email stating that he will contact me once he receives any information from the "merchant". I sent reply to Ivan informing him that FEDEX tracking states that label was created but the item was never released to FedEx, and asked if this item even exists. NO REPLY. Meanwhile I can't even move forward because Houzz doesn't not allow cancellations after 30 min of purchase. 8/3/21 I sent yet another email and received same scripted reply. But telling me they'd allow me to cancel the order after wasting 2weeks of my time as if they are doing me a favor! Since Houzz does not realize Stone Age no longer, and does not comprehend modern day appropriate customer service and communication, I reached out to BBB. Perhaps BBB may have better luck (?) dealing w/ Stone Age customer service. If not, at least one more review on BBB to save few others from this insanity. No one should spend their hard earned money to be treated like a trash or deal with false advertisement.
We are sorry for the frustration! A member of our team has reached out to you directly to help.
Answer: Good question Maggie. I don't think there is. I think this site is just there to help their vendor and not assist consumers in making informed decisions. I found had a contractor who had defrauded us and changed his business name on Houzz. I posted a review on his profile notifying the public of what he had done to us, and Houzz did not publish the review. I joined Sitejabber to warn the public about Houzz.
Answer: I began as a Pro on Houzz and spent $2000 on Advertising. This was supposedly for a year of top exposure. No one purchased, the couple of calls I received were people wanting to USE my service for ideas. I have since discontinued complimentary initial appointments. These people are the biggest scammers in the world! I'm still one of the Pros just to see if anything bites but I noticed they go into vendors photos and try to find similar product then they sell their products. Great way to sway your client and to steal customers!
Answer: Go straight to the top at Houzz. Ms. Adi Tatarko, CEO, Alon Cohen, Pres. If tha doesn't work, I suggest you file complaint with the Consumer Affairs Division of the California Attorney General's Office.
Answer: The Pros, at least at the beginning, were not in competition with this company (Houzz). They convinced the "Designer" world that the were strictly collecting ideas for the public and to help improve the vendors chances of being hired. Those reviews on the Pros are about the Pros, they come from their clients. About 2-3 years ago, Houzz began selling out from under all the vendors! They are SO low they have gone into the photos of the pros, look for a product they have that might be similar to something they sell and lead them away from the pro. The 1-2 stars you see here are the reviews for "Houzz" and their service but the reviews under a Pro are for that Pro. Don't be fooled... If you want the job done right, call the Pro! Listen to these reviews of Houzz and you won't get burned. Two different animals completely!
Answer: Steer clear. The advertising doesn't work, and although they originally started up as a company that would work alongside the vendors, they are now selling out from under most of them, especially the interiors decorators! They are SO low they have actually tagged products inside some of the photos of interior designers and tabbed out similar products to stay the customer away from the Pro and to purchase through them directly!
Answer: Do yourself a huge favor and find it somewhere else. Houzz contracts with third party sellers and their freight companies, they're just a middle man. What a nightmare this has been.
Houzz has a rating of 2.1 stars from 1,658 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with Houzz most frequently mention customer service, credit card and delivery date. Houzz ranks 46th among Furniture sites.
Hi Mike,
