I received the product on time, and it looked just like the pictures.
We received the items ordered, but the imitation brick wall we wished to install came with no directions and are warped! My husband requested someone to please call us and make recommendations for the install. We never were contacted. We love the potential look of the wall and purchased furniture to go with the wall but need someone to call us with help! *******222

The product really was not as classy in design or as well made as expected. It arrived in good condition although I didn't check to see if the item was complete with respect to screws and other hardware. Houzz was excellent in terms of customer service, we were able to return the 4 boxes, 3 of which we had not opened, and received the refund promptly. I have no complaints at all about the shopping experience.
First, there is a tremendous amount of products from which to choose, making Houzz the premier place for decor. Setting filters is easy and the colors are presented with great fidelity. I bought pillow covers, pillows, and shams and love all of them. These are high quality items!
