I'm 2 weeks on since Evri delivered the wrong parcel, i contacted both House of Frazer & Evri customer services, Evri to be fair admitted they had lost the parcel in just 3 days, House of Frazer are still repeatedly asking for the same information, stating incorrectly it had been left at a neighbours house.
I'm 2 weeks on & feel very frustrated. This is the last time i will shop with them.
Part Oder delivered with no promotion gift as per order. Cancelled order on notification that only part would be delivered but this was ignored and now want me to pay for postage for return. Customer service non existant
Delivery was okay, they always charge for delivery. The items received were box t shirts, one of which a pack of two. The RFID was missing, battered box and the items were shoved in like if it was returned and then sent to me. Can't call hof, no one available on web chat, so you have e to email them. They delay the process until you get frustrated and give up. Not fair I have to pay for return, and then they reject your return. This company should go bust.
They delivered my parcel and they don't know where they have delivered. Surely they must have access to courier logs oh no going to take a minimum of 48 hours to find out where they have delivered and then a further 14 days for refund. Sorry in this day and age this is a joke. End of any future shopping at house of Fraser for me I'm afraid. Talking to customer services just wound me up. If the answer isn't in their script they just go quiet so frustrating.
I ordered a bag worth £102.99 the delivery driver delivered to a unsafe place and I never received it, house of Fraser would not refund me, so I contacted my bank which they did refund me, now I am being taken to court from a company called legal service acting on behalf of house of Fraser, they are saying I committed fraud, which I have proof I never received it, they are claiming I need to pay £429.99, DO NOT SHOP here it's a big scam, I am going to fight it all the way.
The most horrible customer service you can imagine. Trying to sent back a faulty broken item from outside of the UK and trying to get a return label takes weeks and messages to mutliple people having to explain the same thing 45 times. Ending in having to purchase a label yourself after customer services puts in writing they will refund the shipping cost and then refusing to refund the shipping cost. Unbelieveble thieves and horrible people at customer service. Guess they have nothing better to do than stealing and making fun of their clients. Never buy here!
Bought an item in Manchester and I can't return it in Leeds. You can't phone customer service, there is no online chat and you can't email customer service without an order number, so surely someone in store would help! No!. It is in their policies, but I also won't get a cash refund. So I have to drive back to Manchester for a credit note to spend in a shop I never want to go in again. Leeds ‘manager' was horrible and stood over me, ignoring personal space let alone social distancing and was so unhelpful and obstructive. Urgh! AVOID if you like customer service, a shame as I spend a lot in the shop…. Sorry I did.
What store doesn't provide free returns now? I paid £5 delivery and now have to pay £5 for a return because the shoes don't fit me and if you return it in store you only get a credit note.

Refusing to refund missing items on an order placed on click and collect. Their customer services had changed their story several times for them not to refund money not even cctv proof of collection for the missing items.
I returned a faulty garment which my husband purchased from them online as a gift for me. The company claim they have no trace of my husband placing the order or receiving the item back even though the faulty item was returned using the printed label which had the order number on the front and an electronic barcode. The package was also sent via registered packet and it was delivered and signed for by a member of staff so it has either gone missing or been stolen. I have received nothing but dismissive, rude and unhelpful customer service and even resorted to emailing the CEO but the assistance and the response I was received was nothing more that discourteous and uncooperative.
I will never shop with them again and advise others to do the same.
I was not informed that it was a further £4.99 to return items. They charge £4.99 for delivery also. I went in to store to return - only offered exchange or credit note. I chose to exchange for something else, as I would ask questions about the product, they would huff and puff and would try to close the conversation down. At one point the lady remarked rudely, "Let me finish this off!"

While ago received shoes, that looked used. The offered me a refund but I never received because they said I did not contact them in time and should have contacted them on different channels. I have contacted them many times by mail and chat. And 90% of the times I did not receive a mail back. After a while I only receive a mail that the case is closed. The chat agents aren't helpful as well, they keep repeating the same thing, that I should've contacted them sooner (while I did) and telling me the time frame passed in which it could be solved, while it is their fault.
Bought a product advertised as Eau de Toilette for £52 only to find it is after shave. The product page clearly says Eau de Toilette however they dispute it as the product code on the box is correct and matches the product code on their website. Basically it's my fault as I read the english description and didn't know the product codes were wrong. The WORST customer service, still not resolved
Tried to return a jumper, armed with a receipt, after 20hours. It did not fit let's just say it was a very small large. They would not to refund me. I've spent thousands with that company over decades. I will never shop there again. Very angry
I placed and paid for George Foreman on 27 April paid extra to get it delivered on a next working day still waiting sending emails on a daily basis no communication coming back from customer service would not recommend
Bought boots online as present, didn't fit and could only get refund by paying to post back, if returned to store they would only give credit note, same as Sports Direct! Not good for a higher end retailer, Mike Ashleigh really wants to keep your money by making it as hard as possible to get a refund!
Ordered 15th November, delivery within 2-5 days. Received email saying item had been dispatched but only to go on to the tracking link to be informed' we are expecting your parcel from the sender'
I've sent emails to question where my order is, completed web messages. NOTHING! No contact telephone number to ring Customer Service.

Absolutely terrible shopping experience. I have spent more then £350.00 online. I wanted to return one pair of shoes and paid for return label. Then I have decided to return a different pair of shoes. Contacted customer services and was told that nothing can be done and that I have to pay for another return label. This is crazy and absolutely unactable. Pretty much all other retailers have free returns these days. Not surprised if they go into administration soon. Also just to add to this their delivery was terrible. Boxes arrived broken and some shoes were damaged.
If trying to use e vouchers make sure you dont order more than the voucher value because if items are returned the voucher gets refunded first regardless of the amount you actually end up keeping! Con to keep you buying!

I did send back 3 items in one package, they stole one and said they only receive two of them, I asked them they have to check CCTV to find out the true. But they refused to chase it.
They do not respect their customers.

Answer: I received 21 letters from Matthew from the senior advisor! 2 months of correspondence! I paid for express delivery. They just do not send the goods and do not return the money.
Answer: I am sorry for not able to help. If i were you i wouldn't take the risk as their after service is so incompetent. If they cant manage a local returned item, i dont think they can handle an oversea one.
