I bought a few items for my girlfriend and they are pretty high quality. I tried to return something that I bought but I was shocked I was only given a gift card. Turns out there was a clause stating that sale items are not refundable. Not a big problem anyway as I got something else with the gift card and she liked it very much but there are many terms and conditions on the site which you should read before you make your purchase. Customer service is decent, they come back to you 1-2 time on working days.
I ordered a swimsuit (deep v, multi-colored one piece) and was super leery about it because I never buy suits online, nor have I ordered from this company before. It was on sale for $75, which is way more than I usually spend on a suit, so my expectations were high. It arrived quickly in a quality box and fit perfectly. I could tell the quality was excellent by its feel, plus it felt GOOD. The only thing was the color wasn't as "saturated" as appeared in the photo. This could have been because it was on a model with medium brown skin tone (I am white and not tanned at the moment) or/and the site may slightly enhance the colors in their photos for more detail. However, the print and style were exactly as shown and I am super pumped to wear this on my upcoming trip to Jamaica... after I apply a few coats of self tanner :)
This store has a lot of nice pieces and options to choose from. However, we noticed a lot of their pieces were either dirty or defective. When we entered the store on Melrose, the staff did not speak and I even went out of my way to say hello just for one of the staff members to turn her head as if she did not hear me. VERY RUDE and the vibe was just OFF.
This place doesn't cater to busty women, at all. I used to be able to wear small/medium dresses here easily, and am a small or medium at all other retailers. I'm not sure what has changed w HOCB, but my last 2 purchases are unwearable, even after exchanging to a large, because the bust of both items doesn't cover my 34dd breasts. I've had to get 1 item tailored just so my breasts don't fall out. I'm honestly over it. Forget this place, they only cater to very petite women, the returns are a huge pain (only 14 days to return, plus you have to pay for shipping!) I will buy from Oh Polly instead.
If you're not certain about the outfit you've gone for or think you might return it then don't bother. The quality of the clothes is great and really durable... BUT THE RETURNS PROCESS IS awful! They will say they haven't revieved the item or they toi sent it back as faulty which is not true. The reason I returned it in the first place was because it was FAULTY. HAD TO DISPUTE WITH MY BANK. Never even got a response back via email from HOCB
Shopping on website was fairly straightforward. The first thing I noticed is that there is hardly any variety between the styles of clothing. A lot of it is in bold colors, mostly black, white, or strong colors like red and magenta. There is also no price filter so you'll be seeing items anywhere from $50 to $250 on the same page. Also, the website stopped working at one point, I couldn't open new tabs for clothes or even click on them, so I am assuming it crashed for a while.
Looking at the clothes, they look pretty, but there is barely any variety in terms of style. A lot of these are meant to look good on hourglass figures, which I have, but not everyone wants to show more skin. The other problem with the hourglass figure "aesthetic" is that it simply excludes a lot of other body types. I found only one dress I was interested in, and unfortunately it didn't fit me. It was also not the same color as portrayed in the photos on the website.
The quality of the dress itself was pretty, but like some other reviews have pointed, it doesn't have a WOW factor that would separate it from a store like Zara.
On the whole, I think House of CB has potential, but because of its lack of inclusivity in many aspects, most shoppers will have a hard time shopping here. They also do not offer refunds for sale items, but offer store credit instead, which I find to be a little absurd considering that most of their sale items still cost $150-250 on sale, and one simply can't know ahead of time whether the clothes will fit or not. And if most of the clothes aren't to your liking, you're not likely to find another item you'd rather buy with that credit.

I mean... no stress for the dress any more. You have no idea how enjoyable it is to shop from this company. Not just bc the dresses are perfect... they deliver for free via FedEx in 2 business days, customer service is quick quick quick. You send them an email they response within minutes. 2 times i purchased something on final sale... i wanted to return they made an exception for me... i highly recommend. U can find my adorable white corset photo below. I actually bought two of them... i keep the second ona just in case they are out of stock and it is my all time favorite

As usual house of cb done it for me yet again! My outfit was just as seen on their website and more! They no how to make a woman feel good about them self's for sure! I will never shop anywhere else for my nights out!

I ordered 2 dresses from house of cb, and even though they arrived to Canada in less than a week, the quality is really poor. These dresses look like they'd be sold at Zara for $60, they are not nearly good enough quality for the price. The material is cheap. Disappointed.
Purchased an item in Black Friday sale. It developed a fault within a couple of days and had to pay to return it for them to look at. Said they would replace but as out of stock they could only offer a gift voucher. Gift voucher wont cover the now full priced item! So now no item. No refunded return postage fee and a company that don't really care! Think its off to trading standards i must go!
Ordered a dress, money was taken out of my account, didn't receive any email confirmation. After a few days of waiting for item in the mail I put in a dispute with my credit card company. Of course I then received item in mail therefore I cancelled the dispute. Item didn't fit so I paid to ship it back. House of cb said they can't refund until I prove the dispute has been cancelled, I did exactly that and now it's been nearly 2 months and still no refund. I'm out $310 and they can't provide any update. Only customer service they provide is through Facebook messenger and they claim they have issues with all yahoo domain emails. Yet I receive their weekly advertisements to my email but zero updates about my purchase.

Whilst House of CB dresses come with a price, the fit and consistently high quality are next to none. I have been wearing these dresses since the celeb boutique days, and I am consistently impressed!
The fit of this particular dress however is what made it so amazing. It gave me that hourglass figure and I felt confident wearing this dress! I also loved the pattern, perfect for the end of summer going into autumn!

I love every piece of clothing houseofcb has offers. I love that the quality is unmatched, & high fashion I attended a wedding recently, I received lots of compliments about this dress I am wearing. House of has amazing customer service & it quality is unmatched. I love packaging it is literally to die for and shipping is extremely fast. Since I am frequent shopper you would think I have some discount, not any great company! House of CB help your girl out gee! I still love their clothing

As a first time customer, I sent a letter of apology asking for a little leniency due to some extenuating family circumstances, on exchanging a jumper a few days after their 14 day policy. I wanted to exchange for a larger size, NOT a refund or return! The jumper was still in its original state with the product protection tag still intact. My request was denied. I do understand business policies, but I also understand that being a little lenient sometimes to real life situations that happen to real life people can go a long way with a business' reputation. Nothing is ever lost, only lifetime, loyal customers are gained!

No refunds, no faulty goods acceptance, customer services only communicate via email, answers are useless and will dismiss you if you want your meant back, no phone number at all, company registered in Hong Kong. I am waiting to hear from consumer ombudsman as this British consumer robbery has to be stopped.
Got a heart condition, suffered angina which effected me for 3 week and still ongoing now but mild. The company is refusing a full refund, despite me sending the dress special delivery. I am pursuing this further! Disappointing service,
Since they took your money, they wont care of anything else. Bought 1 in shop before so this time Im confident buy online because I know my size. But totally disappointed while dresses become too big or too small. Contact the customer service, they wont even let me exchange the size. Now Im crying a river, eating in hope I will put ( or lose) some weigh on to fit them.
I have had pleasant experiences with HouseofCB's customer service team so far. Really impressed with their speedy reply and of course their lovely dresses! Fits me perfectly and would certainly recommend my friends to buy them! <3
