I can not get my refund! It's been a month since I returned the dress. I have never encountered anything like this. First, they said that the refund will appear on my bank account in a few days. Then they said that they have a technical problem. What does it mean there was a technical problem while making a refund? There isn't any technical problem when receiving the money, but there is when giving it back. I've been waiting for a month. I paid almost 300 euros! This is not something any company would do! They are constantly stalling.

This must be why CB don't offer Paypal as a payment option. Paypal would hold your payment until you get a response or your product. CB don't want this outcome and simply don't respond to emails and keep your money. Most reputable retailers will offer Paypal as a payment option is it offers their customers protection from dodgy deals and secure payments. Its ok if I lived near a store but I shop online internationally. Sadly I wont go back to CB after reading they are based in Hong Kong - not for the hundreds of pounds the are charging for their products.

Literally the worst company, would happily give zero stars if I could. House of CB clearly does not know what customer service is.
I bought a $300 dress for my engagement party which is faulty and they are refusing to refund. I sent my dress back to them 3 weeks ago advising I wanted a refund and after multiple emails back and forth they completely ignored what I wanted and sent me a replacement dress.
Why would I want the dress again when the same thing is going to happen?
I don't think I have ever received such poor customer service.
I will never be shopping with this company again, neither will my friends and family. Unfortunately you have just lost many customers.

I honestly can't recommend House of CB enough for their amazing clothing range. Every single item I have purchased not only had the highest standard of quality but also made me feel so confident. I have purchased at least 10 different items on different ocassions over the last 2 years and they've never failed to surprise me. To start from the packaging; so luxurious and so unique to the way they present their clothes and also their customer support! Always so helpful and cooperative! I am looking forward to purchase from HOUSE OF CB in the future. Most of my holiday coming up in September are from their amazing and sexy Holiday Resort Collection. All the pieces represent my style and show all the hard work and patience that has been put into creating such nice clothing.

I ordered 2 dresses for my birthday. My credit card was charged twice and I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the second charge, one dress package was lost in the mail and the other one I received did not fit true to size as listed online and does not fit at all. This has been a terrible experience. I also did not know their clothes are made in China and it would take a month to deliver. I will never purchase something or recommend this company ever. Very disappointed, if I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I came across Houseofcb ad on ig and I thought their clothing screamed "CHIC". I was not big on purchasing on line because I've been burned by purchasing items that looked one way on line but totally different in person and that was truly disappointing. But not Houseofcb, my jumpsuit looked exactly as it did on line in person. The material of the jumpsuit was of good quality. I love Houseofcb because their style is different, chic & very sexy! I'm sold and definitely will be purchasing from them again!

I purchased a dress and the House of Cons said that it was a final sale. The sleeves on the dress were sewn in a manner where you cannot lift your arms at all. They were long sleeves and not accurately depicted online as being stitched in a manner that does not allow you to wear the dress. At best, you can try to painfully get into it with your arms at your sides, take a photo, and get out of it. This place is garbage. I was so disappointed and never doing business here again. They are crooks.

I ordered online and the dress I received was great quality. Their are lots of scam websites so make sure you get the right one. I think a lot of reviews may have ordered from the wrong website.

My daughter bought an outfit that was supposedly on sale but still cost £45. She is a student with not much money. It took longer than expected to arrive and she had already attended the event she wanted to wear it for. She contacted the company for details on how to return it only to be told that sale items cannot be returned. Despite several emails they will not accept that they are breaking the law and that she has the right to return it within 30 days. She has decided not to return it as she feels she will never see the outfit or the money again. These people are fraudsters. How are they still in business? Do not buy from these crooks! Unfortunately the rating will not allow zero stars otherwise that is what I would give them.

I spent $175 on a dress and we received the wrong order. There was no return label no customer service number. No one responds to emails. This company is awful AVOID at all costs. I have sent numerous emails and no one responds.
