I bought trousers and a corset top. Each piece about $150. The trousers are good quality, I'll give them that. The corset? My god. For what they charge, you'd expect this to hold its worth. Think again. After ONE night wearing this corset top, for maybe 4-5 hours, the strap broke off. In most cases that happens when a garment might be too small and just gives out. Nope. Not the case. The corset I bought was actually a little loose on me and the straps were definitely too loose, would fall down occasionally off my shoulders. Their return policy is absurd so I'm keeping it and paying for a tailor to fix it. Bottom line - not worth it.

I ordered from this website to receive a dress that was unfortunately too big (my mistake entirely). I sent it back asap, however, being from Australia the parcel did take longer to return which worried me. I emailed in regards to this worry (thinking it may have been lost in transit), to receive warm, reassuring replies from several ladies. They emailed me as soon as they received my order! Absolutely amazing, caring staff & impeccable customer service, fast replies, quality material and speedy shipping - what more could you want?

Last week, just had to attend some part that should be wearing an appropriate formal attire so i rushed an online shopping at this shop and then buy a cocktail length dress cost $200 and an open back lace dress cost $150 for another option, when the dresses arrived i try it on to check the sizes if it fits for me, Thanks for choosing the right shop and right products because both of them is Good. Maybe the other customers are just not being aware for their sizes that's why they having an issue. Thumbs up for this shop and till next time.

Putting on a house of cb dress is always such an exciting moment because no matter how unfit or fit you may think you are house of cb dresses always make you look absolutely amazing and empowered. This brand is for girls with or without curves. The location of every seam is meant to create an hourglass illusion. I have tons of designer clothes that you expect to do the same given the craftsmanship and cost but don't! Also with the 2 day shipping it's been my go to for any event. I never have to worry about returning as long as you follow the size chart, it will fit on you better than anything

I emailed to confirm the status of my order since they said it had been dispatched yet days passed and no information was available on UPS. Their response was so impolite and I haven't even gotten the clothes yet. I'm reading other reviews and am scared I wasted my time for clothes that won't even be like the pictures. If you're looking for fast delivery like is promised when you make the purchase, look elsewhere!

I ordered some shoes from this website and returned them just outside the window for a refund (bear in mind this was over xmas so would have expected an extended return period anyway). They are refusing to even issue me a credit note and have returned the shoes back to me (which are too small). The shoes are still for sale at full price on their website. This is stupid customer service! I could have spent the credit note and more on something else. Instead I'm stuck with shoes which i can't wear and will never shop there again. Why House of CB? Poor management decision.

I've ordered quite a bit from House of CB over the last couple of months and anytime I have a question about an order, I typically email and get a response before the 24 hour allowance time. Which is pretty darn good. I ordered something in the wee hours of a Saturday morning, had a question about it, and this time I decided to reach out via Facebook Messenger. I got a response within 30 minutes. For a big company like this, to acknowledge little ol me in record timing, really means that they are dedicated to putting their customers first and I really appreciate that!

So because of all the bad reviews stated, just decided to go straight at their stratford House surprisingly I've seen a lot of their satisfying garments tho. First good thing about there they had the latest fashion and always giving their style advice for their clients. Really appreciate their products especially the first top i attempted to fit in I picked three of their fine tops. Looking forward to try next time for their shipping procedures.

My daughter bought a $420 dress. It was terrible! Cheap fabric, poorly made, the bodice was 2 different sizes. Made in China NOT LONDON. Was honestly worth about $20. I couldn't believe how terrible it looked and fit. It was actually laughable they could sell it! Do not buy from this online store! I'm still waiting for a refund weeks later!

I made my first order which arrived fast and I can quite honestly say I am very impressed with every aspect of this company. The customer service right to the quality of the dress I ordered. The Quality is actually exceptional. For the price I paid its mad! I have a UK 12 hip and UK 14/16 top size so its always a nightmare for me trying to get the sizes right. But this fabric they use combined with the thickness and quality of gets around that completely. Cant say thank you enough for my beautiful classy (slightly sexy) dress. Well done House of CB London. Just putting my next order in today.

I bought an item and three weeks later, way after the expected date. I received an email saying they would not fulfill my order. I needed for a special event and they left me 2 days to find something else when I should have been contacted three weeks ago. To top it off it's near impossible to contact them, they take over a day to reply, and they barely give you any answers.

Bought a dress listed as white and shown as white and when we received it was a blush pink. They would not refund shipping either way so we were out $42. Took over a week to receive a partial refund. We will not be purchasing from them again and will be telling anyone about their terrible customer service policies
