I am disappointed with this company. My order never came and I still cannot order because the system has refused to change or update my correct address so I am suck. I not got it and no one bothered to call
I bought my two products on Oct. 6th. You emailed and said it was sent the 7th. You continually lie about the tracking. As of the 24 th the tracking has seized to exist and still no order. Shame on you for taking our money and not delivering the goods. I was charged immediately. You're thieves.

The recent reviews left for this business have to be staged man. Cause HOB is a joke. Before ordering anything from them... just go ahead and call their number listed on Google. Legit business are able to be contacted by telephone. Or even email... but HOB is very unprofessional and not legit at all.
I went online to their website which looked legit. Paid for a few items and was even sent a tracking number for my items. For whatever reason. Every time I'd go to track my package... the day would go up another day. So I checked it October 10, it said package would be delivered by the 15th. Then I'd check tracking on October 16th, it would say delivery would be the 16th and so on. Now it's saying the 27th or something.
After calling it rang, no answer. No call back. I emailed requesting my order to be canceled and a refund. Several days later, I get an email saying I will be refunded 11 bucks when I spent 50. Umm. Yeah they're weird. So I reported they're business and now am in a dispute. Don't be like me! Either order legit or just go to the store yourself!

I ordered a couple of items on the 27th of September and since the 30th, no updates available! I tried to email them but no answer! I ordered from the UK and I do understand that with the covid, it can take longer but in that case would be professional from them to give you some sort of update now and then because it's really frustrating! September 1 ordered a comb and 10 creams for $41.33. Only received the comb worth 95 cents and order was marked shipped and completed. The creams each were 1.41 ounces so 10 would be 14.1 ounces. The envelope with the comb has a shipping label for only 3 ounces so the items were not shipped in that envelope. I have been asked twice to send photos of the item I received and have done so. Apart from that there is no response to more than 10 attempts to contact by email, phone and on social media by today October 13. Seems like a typical scam where sellers take money with no intention to ship items or refund in good faith if items are not available.

The tracking number indicates that the item was delivered at the front door or porch at 12:12 pm on July 20,2020. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience.
I ordered an item that had been discontinued and they never bothered to tell me they didn't have it. Had no problem taking my money though. After several weeks of e-mailing customer service they finally admitted they didn't have it. Didn't offer a refund, just tried to get me to buy something else. I asked for a refund and was told they were issuing it, but a month later nothing has showed up. Never buy from this company, they are THIEVES.
UPDATE: Received a response to this complaint, still using COVID-19 as an excuse for poor customer service. They say I should "rest assured" that I will get my refund, but exactly one month ago today they said "please allow your bank 7-14 days to process the refund payment". As though they had issued it and it's the bank's fault I don't have it... If it ever shows up I will be happy to post another update but I'd say the chances are pretty slim.
UPDATE: After my bad review, the company contacted me asking for my order number. I never heard anything else until today when I looked at my bank account, and the refund was there. The refund had showed up on the very day they asked for my order number... Hmmm, interesting. I'm very happy to have this resolved and it shows that they can take care of business if they want to... it's just too bad they don't care until they're backed into a corner. Despite the eventual positive outcome with this, I won't order from them again. There's absolutely no reason to put myself through what I went through this time around.

I ordered goods worth almost $800 USD in June, got the goods at the end of July only to receive the good with a not saying the remaining order will be shipped in September! That is almost half of my order that was not snet. No email was sent prior to this to inform me. I have written several emails, tried to ring House of Beauty to no avail. I only got an email last week from one of the workers and she stopped communicating. I have bought items within a year totaling almost $4,000 USD and to be treated so lowly is disappointing. I mainly shop online and have never been treated like this by any shop. I would appreciate if my refund is issued ASAP as I don't think I would want to do business with this company again. This is the most disgusting way to treat customers.

I placed an order for two items on 7/23/20. Order Status: Shipped. Shipping method: Standard (3-7 days). Six weeks later I still haven't received the items that I PAID for. They processed my payment immediately. I cant get a response from them. They are thieves. Anywhere I can post about this company... I WILL! Dont be fooled. Keep your money. I made a large order with this company months ago only received one item from the items that I ordered have been trying to get in contact with them use the tracking number and found out my order was delivered on July 18,2020 to somebody in Connecticut I live in New Mexico. Ive been trying to get in hold of them for weeks to get this matter fixed I've left numerous messages there's never been anybody live you can speak to and it says their business hours are from 9 AM to 7 PM I have also sent numerous emails and they say they will return in answer to me within 24 hours which is an automated message and the last time I sent one was last Monday here it is a week later I still haven't heard anything but nobody picks up I do not recommend. UPDATE: After placing this review they Promptly sent me a private message and wanted to rectify the situation. They were very kind and I received my shipment approximately three days after we spoke they made everything right.

I ordered my item on July 6 and was sent an email on July 9th. Saying my order has been processed but it has yet be be shipped nor have they replied back to the emails I've sent saying I want a refund etc. I understand that due to Covid19 it would take 8-12 days to ship but it has been way over 12 days nor have I've gotten any other emails letting me know about my order status.

I have never been so disappointed with online purchase. I ordered a gift pack of my favorite perfume and it's filled with odorless spirit and not perfume. I have send multiple emails requesting for the return and get refund and haven't got any response.
Terrible customer service. I tried to stop an order before getting it shipped, and they did not even bother to look at the MANY emails telling them not to ship, and they ship it out anyway. They do not answer their phones nor do they reply to any messages until AFTER they ship the product out. Do not do business with this company, I know I will not ever again.

Two months ago I searched for a concealer that I couldn't find in my country, so I decided to order it on this site. Never received it. I'm still waiting. I know the time it's difficult but I never had to wait so much, even with sites like Wish or Shein... And that says all! (oh and with them I received my pack in like 5 days, I'm in Italy). I tried to contact them through various emails... And they never responded, never. I also tried to call them: they let me wait some minutes and after they directly sent me to the voicemail... Oh, and I had to pay for that! No one picks it up and I had to pay it, pay to talk to a registered voice. 06/17/2020 This is the date when I placed my order. I ordered some hair products and when my email order confirmation came through I had been charged more in shipping than when I placed the order and was advised of a delay. I emailed within 24 hours to cancel and received no response. Two email chasers later I was told my order was ready for shipping and could not be cancelled which seems unreasonable considering I requested the cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order and it hadn't even been shipped out yet. They have been really slow in responding to emails and to date I have only had one response. I will not be placing orders with House of Beauty ever again. Really disappointed.

House of Beauty sent me a torn, beat up, stained, used, fragrance spray, instead of a new one. I immediately sent an email to their Customer Support to start a return. In fact, I have sent MANY EMAILS, as well as many call attempts. I've requested a Return Authorization Number from them, many times.
Guess what I've heard back?

I purchased $318 of product but it arrived late. It took over a week to get an RMA number. I shipped the product back, in the original packaging, the day I received the RMA. Proof of delivery shows it got there the following Monday. They told me to call when i had proof. I should have known something was strange. Now after 2-1/2 weeks and numerous calls and emails I still haven't seen or talked to anyone. I would not recommend doing business with this company. The reason I chose this company was i needed the items fast. BIG MISTAKE!
