I want to submit an order but am concerned as of this date if HoB shipments now run on time?. Have issues w vendors & courier services been resolved?

Answer:
Nope! Try Amazon instead. HOB is not fulfilling shipments at all. Numerous customers never receive their orders or only receive a portion of their order with no refund

Good news is they have a street address in the US and they seem to take AMEX which is harder for scammers to accept. They also have real verification badges on their site.
