I ordered goods worth almost $800 USD in June, got the goods at the end of July only to receive the good with a not saying the remaining order will be shipped in September! That is almost half of my order that was not snet. No email was sent prior to this to inform me. I have written several emails, tried to ring House of Beauty to no avail. I only got an email last week from one of the workers and she stopped communicating. I have bought items within a year totaling almost $4,000 USD and to be treated so lowly is disappointing. I mainly shop online and have never been treated like this by any shop. I would appreciate if my refund is issued ASAP as I don't think I would want to do business with this company again. This is the most disgusting way to treat customers.
